We carry out: Definition Study, Feasibility Study, Information Memorandum (IM), Conceptual Engineering, Front End Engineering Design and Detailed Engineering Design to clarify the CLIENT need and define engineering specification to satisfy the need of the CLIENT. We carry out procurements of specified materials as defined by the engineering studies and design. The procured specified materials are forged, casted, rolled, machined, treated or/and painted into system or equipment required by the CLIENT based on defined engineering procedure specification. The procured specified materials are fabricated, sandblasted, coated, painted or/and installed based on defined engineering procedure specifications. Manufactured or constructed systems are pre-commissioned, commissioned and started-up. We provide system operations and maintenance solutions over the design life of the system. Systems are evaluated during operations and technology developed for improvement.

HSE: MECTHROLEUM complies with International Standard HSSE rules, regulations, procedures, and policies such as: alcohol and drug policy, transport policy, environmental compliance, emergency response, incident reporting, PPE regulations, medical and trainings, audit and inspection risk assessment, JSA, hazard identification, toolbox meetings, safety meetings, SIMOP etc. In addition to the above conditions the project team/construction team always aim to: Achieve zero accident during all operations and site works, Perform weekly HSSE inspection, Eliminate / reduce unsafe conditions / acts at the project site. We carry out all operations in a safe and responsible manner. Safety policies and safe practices are considered at all times in our operations and projects. Regular safety meetings/tool Box Meetings are carried out throughout the duration of our projects. Personnel actively participate in schemes designed to enhance theirs and everybody else s health and safety during the execution of our projects. Prior to every operation, toolbox talk is convened. This is attended by all personnel concerned with the operation and is assessed whether all the factors required from the operation risk assessment are in place. In our operations and projects, a Security Plan is developed to provides guidelines, the security operating procedure and regulations that MECTHROLEUM will engage to ensure adequate security on-site. The Security Plan shall be reviewed regularly to ensure quick response to emerging security treats. The Plan is subjected for review based on information and feedback from review audits and inspections. Community Affairs: MECTHROLEUM NIG LTD is committed by our socio responsibilities to maintain an amicable working environment for the successful execution of our operations and projects by working with local host communities.
