Nov 16 Present COFCO INTERNATIONAL Argentina Detail engineering for Industrial Projects related to expanding capacity of shipping crude oil and biodiesel in a new river berth currently used for fertilizers at Argentina Crushing Plant (10,000 Mton/day soybean crushing). Projects included detailed design all engineering areas (mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, etc). Also, involving adapting to demanding local standards for biofuel operations. 2

3 Aug 16 COFCO INTERNATIONAL Argentina Feasibility analysis package for a new Soybean crushing plant 10,000 Mton/day to be established in Argentina. The project included production, logistic assets (in and out) and co-generation, and was successfully completed in two weeks. Mar 16 - Present VICENTIN SAIC Argentina Several Improvement Projects related to reliability of existing soybean crushing plants, especially in solids and liquids conveying equipment (15,000 Mton/day soybean crushing). Jan 17 - Present VICENTIN SAIC Argentina Complete Industrial Maintenance Training Program with a duration of one year for around 75 technicians. Program aims at providing skills to maintenance technicians, with focus in main equipment characteristics and common failures, safety, troubleshooting, drive components, lubrication, bearings, piping systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, basic electricity, etc. Oct 11 to Sep 15 LOUIS DREYFUS COMPANY Head of Industry for Middle East and Africa Region A position based in Johannesburg (South Africa), with focus in the 18 countries in the MEA region in which the company has operations. The Head of Industry oversees all the Industrial Operations in the Region (33 logistics assets, 9 industrial assets, 5 Industrial JVs), setting the different policies and guidelines for different locations and industrial operations for the Company in the Region: oilseeds, fertilizers, rice, grains, metals, chemicals, coffee. The Head of Industry is responsible for all industrial projects from their inception, the performance of all existing industrial assets, the continuous improvement programs and the safety, health and environment in all industrial assets. The function handled in 2014 an annual budget of USD 26,0 mio for Operations and above 65,0 mio for Industrial Projects. LOUIS DREYFUS COMPANY South Africa Feasibility Analysis, Upfront Engineering and Detailed Engineering for the acquisition of EPKO sunflower crushing and refinery in Lichtemburg and Isando (South Africa). This project involved a revamping project to double the crushing capacity (360 Mtpd to 700 Mtpd). 3

4 South Africa Feasibility Analysis, Upfront Engineering, Detailed Engineering and Construction management for the establishment of a wheat mill in Johannesburg (South Africa). This project involved the construction of the first wheat mill in the 150 years history of Louis Dreyfus. South Africa Feasibility Analysis, Upfront Engineering and Construction management for the establishment of a Rice Storage and Packing facility in Johannesburg (South Africa) in a JV together with local partner Willowton (ALLSOME Brand). LOUIS DREYFUS COMPANY Kenya Feasibility Analysis for several Improvement Projects at existing Mombasa 100,000 Mton Tank Terminal (energy saving, expansions, co-generation, etc). Uganda Feasibility Analysis for the establishment of a JV with Mukwano Group in Kampala (Uganda) for the relocation and expansion of their palm oil/soybean refineries, including analysis for several Improvement Projects. Nigeria Feasibility Analysis and Upfront Engineering for a greenfield 500 Mtpd Soybean/Palm Crushing and Refining facility in Lagos (Nigeria), in a JV with WACOT Nigeria. Ivory Coast Upfront and Detailed Engineering for a greenfield 30,000 Mton Palm Oil Tank terminal in Abidjan (Ivory Coast). Angola Feasibility Analysis and Site Selection for a Greenfield Soybean Oil Refinery in Lobito (Angola). 4

Mozambique Feasibility Analysis and Upfront Engineering for the acquisition of an existing 150 Mtpd Palm Refinery in Beira (Mozambique) from MOPAC, including several process improvements and reliability projects.
