The Century program features five levels with a range of scalable benefits to help you grow your business and take advantage of partnership discount programs. The more you sell, the more you are rewarded! To qualify, you must purchase 80% of all Mastercraft brand products from your primary Century distributor(s) and no more than 20% from any secondary Century distributor approved by Cooper Tire. 5 PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS A Century dealer must be able to purchase a minimum of 300 units annually to be considered for the opening level category of the Century program. 4,000 To remain in the program, the dealer must meet the annual commitment which is determined by the program level enrolled in. 7 HOW IT WORKS The tier structure of the Century TM program gives you the building blocks for continuous growth, supports your efforts and rewards you accordingly. Century Dollars are PAID QUARTERLY by Cooper Tire. Century Dollars are split between qualifying and nonqualifying units. Depending on the level signed up for (Premier, Choice, Select, Elite and Prime) purchases must track to that level on a quarterly basis to receive full Century Dollars. CENTURY DOLLARS EXAMPLE In the Prime category level, annual total unit purchase requirements are 4,000 with a 2,000 annual qualifying unit requirement. On a quarterly basis this equates to 1,000 total units with a 500 qualifying unit requirement. If the dealer has purchases in the first quarter of 100 HTRs, 400 LSRs and 500 A/S IVs the Century Dollars paid equal: QUALIFYING UNITS 100 SUV/LT 400 PASSENGER NON-QUALIFYING UNITS X 6.00 = 600 X 4.00 = 1, X 1.50 = 750 = First Quarter Total Payout 2, CATEGORY TERMS The following bullets highlight the terms surrounding the category levels and the associated payouts. Please see the Century website ( for complete terms and conditions. If the dealer s annual total unit purchases of qualifying and non-qualifying units move the dealer to the next category level at year end, the additional Century Dollars earned will be paid at the time fourth quarter payouts are made. 7

15 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS I have not received my Century Card and or PIN, how can I get a replacement? The dealer participant or card holder that was enrolled in the program must contact to request a replacement. If your card is reported Lost or Stolen there is a 15 Replacement Fee. How do I add a Secondary Distributor to my Century account? What if I am short units for a quarter? Can I switch Primary Distributors during a program year? The Century dealer must be logged into to their Century account, simply click on Profile and look for the Secondary Distributor Look up look up the name of the Distributor you would like to add and click Submit. The request will go through the Cooper Territory Manager approval process. As soon as the secondary is approved your Secondary Distributor will receive an letting them know you have selected them and they can begin to submit your performance. If you are short units to your goal, you can make those units up in the following quarter, and get paid for any previous quarter units missed. Each quarter you must be on track toward your annual goal in order to receive full rebate. Cooper has a no switching policy in Where can I find the eligible products for the program? When will my Century Club Earnings be processed and added to my Prepaid Card? If I have a Secondary Distributor, how much has to be purchased from the Primary vs. Secondary? On the Rules Tab you will find the Eligible Products and also a link to the complete listing of Eligible Products. The Century Club earnings are processed at the end of the month following quarter end (April, July, October and January) the fund will be loaded no later than the 31st of the month. There is an 80/20 Rule: when a dealer has Secondary Distributor(s) selected, a dealer cannot purchase more than 20% of their total purchases from the Secondary Distributor(s). Dealers must have 80% or more of their total purchase from the Primary Distributor in order to receive the Century payout. What number do I call for Advertising? Cooper Advertising Where do I find Dealer Reports? All Reports are located on the Reports Link in the www. mastercraftcentury.com website. Simply click Reports on the Navigation Bar and find the performance reports you will need to track your performance or dealer s performance. 15
