Discovery Hall Exclusive Display Exhibit Booth Description (Only eight (8) two (2) 8 x10 booth spaces available) Location: Exhibit booths will be placed inside the Discovery Hall around the perimeter of the room. Exact placement of booth spaces will be provided by conference management at a later date. 3 Discovery Hall Display Descriptions The Discovery Hall will have five (5) Display Areas: - Dining - Health Assessment - Relaxation - Clinical - Fitness at Work Dining Area Micro Market Fitness at Work Area On-site Clinic Fitness Center Clinical Area Each Display Area will have a group of displays that match the area s theme. Display Area 1: Dining Do you provide options for healthy workforce dining, weight management or food tracking? If so, this category is for you. Smart Vending Display Three (3) Primary Display Opportunities available, Limit: One (1) opportunity per purchaser Finding a healthy snack in the workplace is always a challenge. Do you provide vending machines with enhanced technology or healthy dining options to help meet that challenge? Showcase your technology and offerings within the Dining area. As a Smart Vending exhibitor, you can ship a smart vending machine to the conference site or provide a small display showcasing the benefits of your Smart Vending offerings. The Business Group will provide display set up and signage. Extra costs may apply for power and internet service. 3

4 Cooking Demonstration Display Three (3) Primary Display Opportunities available, Limit: One (1) opportunity per purchaser Cooking demonstrations highlight healthy cooking techniques as well as health dining recipes. 3 cooking demonstrations are available (breakfast, lunch and afternoon break). The Business Group will provide cooking materials (pots, pans, and ingredients) through the hotel. The Business Group can provide a chef through the hotel s staff as well. Recipes will be pre-approved by the Business Group and the Omni Shoreham hotel prior to the start of the conference to ensure the correct ingredients will be available on site. Deadlines to share recipes will be available at a later date. The Business Group will provide signage, seating and display set up. Separate costs for power and internet may apply. Micro Market Display This exclusive opportunity allows you to showcase healthy grab-and-go food services. The area will be designed to resemble a scaled-down workplace micro-market (often used to replace on-site workplace cafeterias). You can provide technology, food and recipes featured in your own branded micro-markets. The micro market will have a small seating area, food displays and collateral items on the purchasing company. The Business Group will provide signage, seating and display set up. Purchasing company will provide branded technology, food, and collateral items. Separate costs for power and internet may apply. Dining/Weight Management/Food Tracking App Display Three (3) Primary Display Opportunities available, Limit: One (1) opportunity per purchaser Provide a live demo of your company s latest Dining/ Weight Management/ Food Tracking App! As an app provider, your app will be featured on a maximum of three (3) ipads in the Dining area. The ipads will be used by attendees to test your App program from the employee perspective. The Business Group will provide signage, seating and display set up. Purchasing company will provide the app software necessary to test the App program including set up instructions and any needed technological assistance. 4

5 Display Area 2: Health Assessment App With more employers leveraging technology and widening their focus to a broader well-being strategy, the Health Assessment App display is the perfect opportunity to reach new clients at a vital time. Health Assessment App Display Two (2) Primary Display Opportunities available, Limit: One (1) opportunity per purchaser Sign up to showcase your employee health assessment! As a Health Assessment app provider, your app will be featured on a maximum of 3 ipads at Health Assessment seating areas. The ipads will be used by attendees to test your App program from the employee perspective. The Business Group will provide signage, seating and display set up. Purchasing company will provide the app software necessary to test the App program including set up instructions and any needed technological assistance. Display Area 3: Relaxation Emotional well-being is a critical component of overall well-being. The relaxation zone will be designed to display the various ways employers can drive emotional well-being at work. Nap pods Display Two (2) Primary Display Opportunities available, Limit: One (1) opportunity per purchaser Give attendees the ability to experience the benefits of nap pods first hand. Attendees will be able to test-drive nap pods available for the workplace while learning how they are leveraged by employers. To purchase this opportunity, you must be a provider of nap pods or nap pod technology and must ship a nap pod or a physical display showcasing their nap pod /nap pod technology to the conference site. The purchasing company will be responsible for shipping costs, electricity and internet needed for their display. The Business Group will provide signage and display set-up. 5

On-site Clinic Display Bring to life your company s on-site clinic offerings in this exclusive opportunity. Recreate your state-of- the-art onsite clinic within a 20x20 display space. You can ship materials to the conference site in order to have a scaleddown clinic environment or you can ship a display that showcases the various innovations that make your onsite clinics unique. To purchase this opportunity, you must be a provider of onsite clinic services or responsible for the design of employer onsite clinical offerings. You are responsible for shipment of materials and any additional costs for power, electricity or internet needed for your display. The Business Group will provide signage and display set-up. Kiosk Displays Biometric Screening Two (2) Primary Display Opportunities available Second Opinion On-site Coaching Telehealth On-site EAP Give attendees the chance to test drive your advancements in clinical health through an interactive health kiosk. Attendees will be able to visit your health kiosk throughout the conference and visit your information desk to receive more information on your products and services. You are responsible for shipment of materials and any additional costs for power, electricity or internet needed for your display. The Business Group will provide signage and display set-up. 6

7 Display area 5: Fitness at Work Treadmill/Cycling Desks Display Two (2) Primary Display Opportunities available, Limit: One (1) opportunity per purchaser Help attendees learn about this emerging workplace option. 8% of employers offered treadmill desks in 2015 and 23% were considering them for Attendees will be able to view your treadmill/cycling desks, test the product and visit you for more information in your information desk. To purchase this opportunity, you must be a provider of treadmill/cycling desks. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product to the conference site. You are also responsible for any additional cost for power, electricity or internet for your display. The Business Group will provide signage and display set up. Fitness Center Display This is an exclusive Opportunity! Bring to life your company s fitness center offerings in this exclusive opportunity. Recreate your state-ofthe-are fitness center within a 20x20 display space. You can ship materials to the conference site in order to have a scaled-down fitness center environment or you can ship a display that showcases the various innovations that make your fitness centers unique. To purchase this opportunity, you must be a provider of fitness center services or responsible for the design of employer fitness center offerings. You are responsible for shipment of materials and any additional costs for power, electricity or internet needed for your display. The Business Group will provide signage, design elements to accentuate the fitness center concept and display set-up. Exercise Balls Display Three (3) Primary Display Opportunities available, Limit: One (1) opportunity per purchaser Help attendees learn about this workplace sitting option. Attendees will be able to view your exercise balls (placed as seating around tables in the Fitness at Work Area), test the product and visit you for more information in your information desk. You can ship up to four (4) exercise balls/ exercise ball seats to the conference site. To purchase this opportunity, you must be a provider of exercise balls/exercise ball seating. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product to the conference site. You can also responsible for any additional cost for power, electricity or internet for your display. Additional passes will not be available for sale and cannot be upgraded for a fullconference pass. Information Desk (For Displays only) Displays will be provided an information desk within their selected display area. The information desk will be equipped with two chairs and signage indicating the name of your company. The information desk is where staff can meet with attendees, provide handouts and answer questions Pre- and Post- Conference Attendee Lists - Attendee lists will include attendee name, job title and company name for all attendees. addresses will be provided for those attendees that have opted to receive pre- and post- conference messaging. (2) Pre-conference attendee lists (one provided approximately 3 weeks out, and the other provided approximately 1 week before the start of the conference).
