We are one the largest franchised estate and lettings agency networks in the UK with a tally of over 200 branches having opened over 100 branches in the preceeding four year period to January 2018 through organic growth alone. we are without doubt the fastest growing listed business in our sector with an ambition to become the nation s favourite agent and reach 500 branches. The Hunters Training Academy was established in 2006 gaining accreditation from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). The Academy provides Hunters staff with a combination of classroom training, E-Learning courses and video-based training. From 2016 the Hunters sales and lettings qualifications are fully endorsed by ARLA and the NAEA - a great staff incentive to attract and retain the best people in the industry. A full range of courses is available for all employee levels from Negotiators through to Branch Managers. The course curriculum covers a range of Hunters business processes and critical legislation as well as all relevant execution within Hunters bespoke estate agency software, RealCube. The final qualification earned, depending on the course, will be equivalent to NFoPP Level Two or ARLA Level Three. In classroom courses were completed by over 1100 delegates, with a 99% satisfaction rating achieved. We hold our classroom training at the Hunters Headquarters in York and our southern regional office in central London. Training is free to all Hunters staff. We run over 30 E-learning courses.
