Sponsors are responsible for bringing, shipping, or renting their own additional elements including collateral, handouts, literature, etc. Additional amenities may be ordered from conference vendors. 9 PRESS RELEASE POLICY As part of the Tableau On Tour Sponsorship, you have the ability to promote your partnership with a Tableau- approved press release. If you would like to distribute a press release, you must adhere to the press release guidelines below: Partner drafts press release and submits to Tableau 2+ weeks prior with suggested date/time of release Include a proposed Tableau quote Send to the sponsorship alias to forward for internal review Tableau Sponsorship Team will send back to Partner Partner confirms date/time of release Partner distributes/releases Tableau does not share attending press lists *View the Newsroom to see existing Press Releases 8 9

10 EXHIBITOR ETIQUETTE Welcome We re thrilled that you re planning to join us in Berlin for Tableau Conference On Tour 2017! You re a huge part of the event and we want you to have a successful experience with our customers. We have developed the following Rules of Etiquette to help set everyone up for success. Please note that all rules and regulations listed here apply to all areas of Tableau Conference On Tour, including but not limited to the Expo Hall and the general event spaces. This document extends the policies and guidelines in effect through your signed Tableau Sponsorship Application. Scope of Rules The intent of these rules is to maintain the Tableau Conference On Tour experience at a highly technical and professional level and to prevent any conflicts with the partner summit program. Sponsor participation is encouraged and welcomed. Conduct shall be in accordance with this intent. General Rules Sponsors shall report all matters of concern relating to the Expo Hall to the exhibitor services team or sponsorship@tableau.com. All conduct offenses will be documented and, if necessary, reviewed with the Tableau executive team. Sponsor s primary point of contact will receive an notification of the offense(s). Repeated offenses could affect future sponsorship opportunities at Tableau events. 9 10

11 EXHIBITOR ETIQUETTE Lead Scanning/Promotion & Solicitation to Event Attendees Lead scanners must only be used within the exhibit parameters. The use of lead scanners by sponsor personnel in sessions, common event areas, on venue premises and/or other Tableau Event Spaces is strictly prohibited. The provision or sales of leads or lists of Tableau event attendees to any third party vendors for purposes of solicitation or promotion is strictly prohibited. Attendee names and contact information contained in the mobile app are provided for networking purposes and should not be used, under any circumstances, for promotion or solicitation by sponsors or third party vendors. Expo Displays Exhibits must be staffed at all times during peak hours. Sponsor exhibits are intended for creating and maintaining acquaintances and for commercial discussions on an individual basis. Sponsors should conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations within contracted exhibit/sponsor spaces and must not encroach on aisles or neighboring exhibits. There will be no solicitation of attendees from the aisles or from other sponsor booths. Distribution of collateral and promotional items is only permitted in your company s assigned exhibit area; please DO NOT distribute literature or promotional items at the entrance of the Expo Hall, in common Conference areas, or on Venue premises. It is the responsibility of each sponsor to arrange the contracted space to ensure footprint compliance. All demonstrations must positively reflect the spirit and professionalism of Tableau sponsor brands and the Tableau event experience

12 FAQ How do I register my staff? Registration guidelines/codes will be provided to sponsors once payment has been processed. How do I book a hotel for myself or my staff? Housing is offered at a discounted rate through the registration portal in the housing section. The discounted room rate will be available until 24 August, 2017, or until the block is sold out (whichever comes first). After 24 August, 2017, all non-reserved rooms will be released and the discounted rate will no longer be available. Please note that online or call-in reservations made directly with the hotel will not receive the discounted room rate. Will there be Wi-Fi at the event? A complimentary Wi-Fi code will be provided to each sponsor that will be valid for the duration of the Conference. Do I need to order a lead retrieval device? Lead retrieval deceive(s) will be ordered for each sponsor. Sponsors can pick up their device(s) at the Attendee Services Desk during exhibitor set up. When will I get my leads? Leads will be ed to sponsors within 2 business days of the event s close. How do I place vendor orders? Vendor order forms are available under the Vendors tab in the Sponsor Resource Center
