4 PROGRAM OVERVIEW 2011/2012 Online, in print and face-to-face, AtEdge offers a constant stream of innovative marketing opportunities that connects you with leading creative buyers in a variety of ways. PHOTOGRAPHER (by invitation only) 1 2 BY INVITATION ONLY Participation in AtEdge is limited to a hand-picked group of 155 photographers. Each one has been invited into the program because his or her body of work exhibits both excellence and independence. FIVE BOOKS A YEAR There are four little books (Microviews) plus one bigger book (Macroview). Each photographer has a feature spread in all five publications (ten pages total). FIVE BOOKS A YEAR AT-EDGE.COM 3 4 AT-EDGE.COM The AtEdge program includes 300 images that you can organize into specialized portfolios. At-Edge.com supports the presentation of video/motion clips. INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION & OUTREACH AtEdge is used by top photography buyers and art directors throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. Regular blasts to thousands more creatives around the world attract new subscribers to the books and drive qualified traffic to at-edge.com. INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION FACE-TO-FACE EVENTS 5 FACE-TO-FACE EVENTS AtEdge hosts intimate, bi-annual networking events that give you exclusive access to top art buyers and art directors. This quarterly e-newsletter lets you show off your latest commercial projects. 5 PROGRAM RATES AND DETAILS 2011/2012 Rates $7900 Early Reservation (deposit & contract prior to March 25, 2011) $8400 Final Reservation (deposit & contract by April 15, 2011) Participation in AtEdge is by invitation only and is limited to 155 photographers per season. The program rate includes a spread in the January Macroview book, a spread in each of the four quarterly Microview books, a 300-image portfolio on the website at-edge.com, participation in a Face-to-Face networking event, and the ability to submit current campaigns for the quarterly AtEdge Campaign Spotlight e-newsletter. Artwork and Distribution Schedule The AtEdge production schedule puts your latest images in front of art buyers within approximately 90 working days of submission. Book 1: Microview #33 Book 2: Macroview 2012 Book 3: Microview #34 Size: 4.25 x 6" 9,000 copies Size: x 9" 16,000 copies Size: 4.25 x 6" 9,000 copies Distribution Date: October 2011 Artwork Deadline: May 23, 2011 Proofs: July 2012 Distribution Date: January 2012 Artwork Deadline: August 15, 2011 Proofs: September 2012 Distribution Date: March 2012 Artwork Deadline: October 3, 2011 Proofs: November 2012 Payment Plans AtEdge offers monthly and bi-monthly payment plans to help you budget for the program. Book 4: Microview #35 Size: 4.25 x 6" 9,000 copies Distribution Date: April 2012 Artwork Deadline: November 28, 2011 Proofs: January 2012 International Distribution The AtEdge program includes five different books published throughout the year and sent free of charge to creative professionals who hire photographers on a regular basis. Distribution focuses on the U.S. market, with selective circulation to art buyers at the most active agencies in Canada and Europe. Four individual issues of the small AtEdge Microview, plus one largerformat Macroview book will be sent to the following markets: Advertising agencies Design studios Major corporations with in-house art departments Fashion industry Book and magazine publishers Record companies, television and movie studios At-Edge.com Book 5: Microview #36 Size: 4.25 x 6" 9,000 copies Distribution Date: June 2012 Artwork Deadline: January 23, 2012 Proofs: March 2012 The AtEdge program includes 300 images on at-edge.com with password-protected access to personal traffic statistics. Still images and/or video clips can be organized into a variety of specialized, self-managed portfolios. Photographer portfolios include personal URL link, address, direct and web contact links, and the ability to present a bio, client list, and news & exhibitions.

6 AtEdge Campaign Spotlight Photographers participating in AtEdge may also upload content for our quarterly e-newsletter, which showcases imagery and information about current advertising and editorial campaigns. You can upload multiple campaigns every quarter (still or video). AtEdge Campaign Spotlight is e-blasted to creatives worldwide. This quarterly communication reinforces to the market that AtEdge is the place to find exceptional photographers for exceptional assignments. View our latest issue at AtEdge Face-to-Face Open only to AtEdge photographers and their agents, Face-to-Face revolves around private meetings between you and a select group of major agency creatives. These unique events allow more casual and open interaction than a typical portfolio showing and promote meaningful one-on-one professional connections. Mailing Lists Every AtEdge photographer is eligible to receive 15% off all Agency Access database services ( Control Your Message Each spread in a Microview or Macroview book is dedicated to a single photographer. Imagery always appears on the right-hand page. For extra impact, you may also choose to run imagery on the left-hand page in any individual book for an additional $125. The photographer s contact information is presented consistently throughout the books in a clean, clear look typeset by the publisher. Production Charges We request that all artwork be submitted as high resolution digital files. Traditional scans cost an additional $175 each. Running imagery on the left-hand page of any spread costs $125. We offer custom color adjustment service on digital files for $45 per image. Katvan Studios
