2 About Us CNY's Open House is a local television show that features area businesses and community organizations. We promote our sponsors through video segments, showing them working on a job or showcasing their product or event. It is content based advertising - an alternative to TV advertising in the world of DVR. Most importantly, all committed companies are 100% exclusive in their category we won t feature any competitors. The beauty of CNY s Open House is the fact that the sponsors are not only advertised on the show, but are featured as experts in their field. Since April 2007, the show has been owned and hosted by Scot & Jill Hayes, owners of home improvement company New York Sash. They are local business people, NOT advertising executives. Working with CNY s Open House has been a positive, professional experience. Through the show, we have added a new dimension to our business and been introduced to new customer opportunities. Each month members of the CNY s Open House team find creative ways to showcase our business and its services while still preserving the value and integrity that our company was built upon. - Geraty Pools & Spas We have had such a positive response to our segments on CNY s Open House. The show will be broadcast from the location of your choice. You will be featured at the start, and anytime the host speaks during the show. That s 5x the exposure and double the amount of airtime! 6 Package Details All Sponsor Packages Include: Access to all of produced video clips for any use Business profile on 100% exclusivity in business category Two hours of production time per segment (maximum) Two new segments with production per quarter (maximum) 30 minute travel time to segment location (maximum) Note: All sponsor packages are based on the current weekly schedule (see page 3). CNY s Open House is not responsible for weeks when a regular schedule does not run due to network pre-emption or unexpected programming changes. CNY s Open House will make all reasonable efforts to make goods. Sponsors are responsible for providing 0:30 commercial and notifying CNY s Open House of all changes in commercial traffic.
