Eligible businesses include restaurants, bars/lounges, catering companies, bakeries, etc. 4 Media Business of the Year customer service provided by a company in the media industry. 5 Personal Services Business of the Year This award recognizes a personal services business that offers outstanding customer service. Eligible businesses include esthetics, salons, entertainment, event planners, etc. 6 Professional Services Business of the Year customer serviced offered by a company in the professional services industry, including law offices, bookkeepers, accountants, marketing companies, etc. 7 Transportation Business of the Year This award recognizes a transportation business that provides outstanding customer service.
