Since then, the festival has grown to be a launching point for many new presenters, products and businesses. 2017 will mark our 33rd annual Toronto Veg Food Fest.

10 FACTS ABOUT THE TORONTO VEG FOOD FEST DATE Held annually on the second weekend in September. This year s dates are Sept 8, 9 and 10. HISTORY On April , 500 people gathered in Kensington Market for TVA s first Veg Food Fest. Since then, the festival has grown to be a launching point for many new presenters, products and businesses will mark our 33rd annual Toronto Veg Food Fest. LOCATION The festival is located on Toronto s Lake Ontario waterfront at the Harbourfront Centre, 235 Queens Quay West, Toronto, ON. ATTENDANCE Each year we host 40,000 festivalgoers over the course of the three day festival weekend. With the support of our incredible sponsors and donors, we ve been able to keep the festival free to all visitors. VENDORS Each year we host over 140 vendors - local veg restaurants and bakeries, veg clothing and crafts and other veg-friendly associations. SPEAKERS & PROGRAMMING We host expert local and international speakers, artists, authors, fitness instructors and chefs each year to share their love for compassionate living and delicious food. In 2016, we hosted over 50 speakers, presenters and demos over the course of the 3 day festival. VOLUNTEERS The Veg Food Fest would not be a success without the help of over 200 volunteers each year.
