About us Background Information An overview of fertilizer statistics in Burkina Faso from More emphasis is given to the year 2017 and each analysis is based on the products with higher quantities. Official trade data obtained from Burkina Faso Customs and Validated by Fertilizer Technical Working Group Burkina Faso (FTWG-BFA) 2017 data validated from 25 th 26 th April, 2018.
3 Fertilizer Production There is currently one fertilizer blending plant operated by Société de Commercialisation de Production Agricole et Marchande (CIPAM SA). The plant is located at Bobo Dioulasso and blends different kinds of NPK fertilizers. Faso Fert and Tropic Agro Chem have both proposed to set up a blending and Dolomite plant also at Bobo Dioulasso.
