2 AVITASA is an Spanish company managed with private capital Since 1985 our activities are focused into the agricultural and animal nutrition sector; and as feed product operators, we produce and trade feed chain products.

3 Our philosophy is to introduce on the market safe animal nutritional products, additives and also customized products sporadically; by means of advanced designs and technology with the purpose of enhancing customers profit and their productivity. All processes are managed by our team through our Quality - Feed Safety system according to our certification FAMI QS scope.

5 Since January 2008 we have our own factory where our technical staff have developed and produced a wide range of products. 6 FACILITIES AND Our equipments have been designed in order to assure homogeneity and traceability requirements for all final goods, avoiding also cross contamination effect.

7 General management is giving the necessary tools to Marketing and Technical departments to support you. All together are working as a multidisciplinary team regarding feed safety requirements and customers needs.

8 Our nutritional products include: identical or natural antioxidants, acidifiers, organic acids and relative salts, mould preservatives, bactericidal and bacteriostatic preservatives, toxin binders, flavors, sweeteners, omega 3 and micro and nano coated active ingredients. Our products can be dose to all target species: Aquaculture, Poultry, Swine, Dairy Cattle, Beef Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Rabbits, Dogs, Cats and Horses. 9 KNOW HOW Retard Technique products, a process patented by ourselves, obtains a final product capable, separately as well as combined together, a micro- encapsulation or nano- encapsulation, being one or more active substances homogeneously mixed a lipid matrix able to pass the stomach or rumen. The lipid matrix contains, for each product particle, thousand micro- particles and / or nano-particles linked. Later they will be released to the intestine gradually. Thus we get an optimal bio - assimilation and performance for each active ingredient. AVIMAX AVIMAX

10 European Universities are collaborating with us verifying if the technique developed by us is within the field of nanotechnology. Our Retard technique allows us to work for nutraceutical food, exclusively for industry-leading clients. We are able to demonstrate the ability of our technique to work with acids, essential oils, Omega 3 oils, vitamins, amino acids, trace elements, pigments, prebiotics, probiotics, enhancers, others. Currently we are developing projects for food processes (bakery or others), cosmetics and industrial markets (rubber vulcanization, ) based on this technology.

15 - FEED SAFETY SYSTEM Since 2011 AVITASA is certified on FAMI QS Guide for feed premix and complementary feed for animal nutrition (Feed Additive and premixture Quality System European Association). Our Quality and Feed safety Management System is based on ISO9001:2008 and FAMI QS guides assuring the regulatory requirements and legal compliance. FAMI QS responds to the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council laying down requirements for feed hygiene, 183/2005/EC, articles 20 to 22 of which encourage the development of guides to Good Practice for Hygiene and the application of principles.
