Lime Venue Portfolio is the largest collection of unusual, sporting and cultural venues throughout the UK & Ireland. We provide sales and marketing to support venues across the UK for whom Compass Group deliver the catering. Our sister companies include catering brands Levy Restaurants UK, Payne and Gunter, and leading hospitality company Keith Prowse. Overview: Lime Venue Portfolio provides marketing support both centrally and at venue level. A proactive confident, professional is needed to support the Head of Marketing in the delivery of the marketing function for Lime Venue Portfolio and supporting our portfolio of diary managed venues. The role is extensive and provides a great opportunity to get really hands on with all aspects of marketing in a national company, including both on and offline communication, graphic design, PR and events. The Marketing Executive will be responsible to taking real ownership of their assigned tasks and work with a degree of autonomy, be forward thinking and proactive. Overall Purpose of the Role: Support Head of Marketing to deliver marketing function within Lime Venue Portfolio Support development and implementation of the 3 year strategy for Lime Venue Portfolio supporting over 90 venues Ownership and delivery of Monthly Communications Calendar (Inc. creation) Ownership of social media channels Deliver central sales and key account communication activity Brand Guardian Ensuring LVP brand is communicated accurately Support delivering of central sales, key account and venue budgets and targets Management of LVP Marketing resources Delivery of LVP projects and events Roles & Responsibilities Ownership of Marketing Communications Calendar o Work with Head of Marketing to create rolling communications plan o Own Marketing Communications Calendar through regular updates and use

3 o Analyse/suggest future activity o Communication of Marketing Communications Calendar to Internal Audience o Assist creation of project plans for quarterly Sales Impact Campaigns o Support the tactical implementation of Key Account activities: FAM invites Direct Mail Campaigns End to End activation of CRM Marketing Support Website Management o Uploading new content o Maintain and analyse pages to improve content and performance o Fix errors and resolve issues with support of SEO Agency o Support SEO activity to increase visibility and site traffic o Support PPC activity to improve performance o Recommend and implement projects to development functionality of website o Work with PR Agency to deliver content directed in Communications Plan. Work with SEO agency to distribute and optimise content. Social Media Communication Management o Produce and publish Weekly Social Media schedule o Respond to social activity o Analyse platform performance o Create social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement. Central Sales Team & Venue Marketing Support o Support Central Sales Team & Venues with Ad-hoc requests o Provide updated collateral and marketing tools e.g. promotional footers, brochures and flyers o LVP Brand Stationary creation, management and distribution E Communications creation and sending o Create monthly e-communications as per Communication Calendar o Manage Automation campaigns o Database management including the upload new contacts to platform o Ensure GDPR Compliance Meetings Management PO Tracker and Invoice Management Support Monthly Reporting o Website Metrics o SEO and PPC performance o Call Tracking o PR activity o Social Media activity o Communications Recording of LVP references in industry publications Events - Support the delivery of brand events e.g. Industry Exhibitions Update and maintain a central Image Library

Weekly/Monthly reporting on activities and actions to line manager Monthly Report - Build relationships with KAM.
