2 Session Description One of the keys to successful home design is the ability to create budget and space-conscious plans that still offer the right details and amenities that t the market desires. This session will dive into some unique ways to "right size" homes without sacrificing quality and will also show how to create effective and efficient design details within a given space while staying on budget. You'll walk away with best practices for creating lean homes without forfeiting the wants and needs of today's buyer. This will be an interactive town hall-style presentation with multiple experts in design, planning and marketing so be sure to come prepared ed with plenty of questions. s

3 Learning Outcomes Investigate how to make homes as lean as possible while creating inexpensive spaces that will appeal to buyers. Analyze interior design and architectural elements that buyers want. Explore ideas for rooms that could be eliminated or combined in order to make the plans leaner. Discover unique ideas for budget-conscious design options.
