1 BILL OF QUANTITY Annexure D Name of work: Construction of 50m x 30m x 4m size store shed on RCC footing, RCC and steel columns, Brick wall, SAW tooth type steel truss, Beams, purlins etc. Galvalume and poly carbonate sheeting on the walls and the roofs and other misc. connecting works as per the design and drawing of the CEL in the premises of the Central Electronics Limited, Sahibabad (UP). Situplated period of Completion: Six months from the date of handing over the foundation design and drawing by the CEL. Tender notice no. C-2(b)/707/88/2015 dated Item No. 1. The width and depth will be paid as shown in the approved drawing (No change is allowed without the written approval of the encineer-in-charge) Excavation out side the approved section will not be paid, side slopes will also not be measured for payment. 300 Cum 3. Cement concrete 1:3:6 in foundations and floor upto 1m height above ground level with graded stone ballast 40mm nominal size and coarse sand rammed in layers over compacted bed. The rates are inclusive of all labour/matenal, including cost of 220kg/, water, mechanical mixing, loading, leading, unloading, laying, levelling and ramming (Hand mixing is not allowed). 2 allowed. The rates are inclusive of curing for a period of 07 days complete. Spot levels will be recorded jointly for measurement of the work done. The levelling instrument will be arranged by the contractor Supplying and filling in layers not more than 30cm in loose state the good earth including royality, lead, lift, transport loading, unloading, stacking for measurement, spreading and filling in layers and watering and consolidating in the floors, roads etc. at OMC. The compaction wil be done with the 8 tonne road roller. The dressing will be done to the required profile and the slope 5.00% will be deducted towards the shrinkage allowance. Every truck will be entered in the vehicle ragister on the security gate by the security person. Cross sectional measrements wil be done for the payment. The dumpy level will be arranged by the contractor mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 in damp proof course (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone chips 20mm and down gauge) laid in situ including mechanical mixing, providing, fixing and removal of forms and including application of two coats of hot 1.70 kg per after cleaning the surface. The design mix will be given by the CEL. Sample will also be got tested from the engineer approved laboratory at the cost of the contractor. The sections should confirm to the relevant indian standard specification. 288 Quintal 9. Steel work in single sections in frame work of purlins and frame work for partition wall using galvanised MS square or rectangular, tubes or pipes including cost of all welding, bending, straightening, cutting, drilling, bolting, hoisting and fixing in position up to 8:00m height above ground level. and testing from engineer approved laboratory as per the IS specification. 180 Quintal 10. Brick work with well burnt bricks in foundation and plinth in cement and sand (coarse) 1:6 including cost of all types of labour, material including 63 kg per of brick work, curing for seven days. 4 designation grade 100 i.e. strength not less than 100 kg/cm2. Cement mortar will be mechanically mixed Brick work with well burnt bricks of IS - designation 100 in super structure upto 6:00m height in cement and sand (coarse)1:6 including cost of all types of labour material including 63kg/ of brick work and curing for seven days complete. Cement mortar will be mechanically mixed Supplying and fixing in position lewis/holding down bolts of approved design with nuts and washers complete including threading, erecting in position complete. 700 kg 13. Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80 mm x 1.25mm MS lath with 1.25mm thick top cover, 8mm dia MS rod grills in 300mm heightwhere ever ordered, mechanical device, brass gear box and rod with handle and interlocked together through the entire length and joined together at the end by end blocks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangement for inside and outside locking with push and pull operations complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire spring manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS-4454 part-1 and MS top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters, including ball bearings, two coats of primer, two or more coats of the paint of approved quality and make, dismantling and making good the walls. 42 Sqm 14. 6 21. Supplying and applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved quality, brand, and manufacture on wall surface. 22. Distempering two or more coats of oil bound washable distemper on new work of approved make and colour to give an even shade and aproved by engineer-in-charge. 23. Finishing two or more coats on exterior surfaces of walls with water proofing cement paint of approved quality, shade and colour including curing complete. 24. Providing and fixing on the roof, the crimp curved galvalume multicolour roofing sheets. The galalume sheets should be HI - RIB crimp curved with a combination of curves and contours, to be fixed with the hexagonal washers, head with seal fastening, corrosion protected zinc coating with colour heads or in stainless steel. The sheets should be of 0.50mm total coated thickness and steel of 550 mpa. The contractor will submit the manufacture test certificate of each lot. Rate includes testing charges from engineer approved laboratory. The make of the sheets should be Bhushan steel, Asial colour coated, Jindal or MAC colour Providing and fixing HI-RIB 0.50mm total coated thickness, 4.40kg/m2 minimum weight galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel of zinc alluminium coated, corrosion resistance. The base material to be galvalume, high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS-1397, coating class AZ150(min 150gm/m2 zinc aluminium alloy coating mass, total of both sides) 550 mpa yield strength. The contractor will submit the manufacturer test certificate of each ot. Sample will also be got tested from Sri Ram Testing laboratory, University Road, New Delhi at the cost of the contractor. 7 Providing and fixing in position the plain galvanised steel sheet 1.60 mm thick in gutters, and other locations fixed with self tapping SS screws or polymer coated J or L hooks MS flats, bolts and nuts 8mm dia, welding the overlapped pieces to extend the length, 40mm x 3mm size GI flat 60cm spacing to support the gutter. The rates are inclusive of boring holes for rain water pipes, fixing cylindrical chutes to drop rain water. The rates are also inclusive of two coats of primer and two or more coats of approved quality of paint to give an even shade. The overlapped will not be measured for payment. Note: The GI flats and the cylindrical chutes will be paid in the weight under the item of steel work in single section of DSR 2014.and the zinc coating will not be less than 350 grams per Supplying, stacking at site, laying, spreading and compacting in soling coat and wearing coat the 53mm to 22.40mm size hard stone aggregate to water bound mecadam specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking,supplying and spreading of binding material, e.g. good earth or moorum, watering the surface and consolidation with power road roller, giving proper grade and camber 1 in 60. Supplying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up intestices of coarse aggregate, compacting to required density, as per the instructions of the engineer-in-charge. (stone ballast will be measured in stacks). 8% will be deducted for settlement allownace. Providing and fixing 3mm thick BSI/146/48 profile, both sides UV stablised, multiwall polycarbonate/ solid sheet MAC color make trapezoidal sheets compact & embossed for the light transmissin, fire resistant, profiled-polycarbonate sheets.
