8 Example of Weekly Report for Week of 9/7/15 HS: On Tuesday crews continued with prep for the next concrete for Thursday. Thursday morning rain showers pushed the pour back to a later date. ES: On Tuesday crews continued with the erection of red iron, steel framing and insulation board. The placement of electrical conduit has also begun. The concrete sub is chiseling down the concrete that was over poured in the porch area to allow for the concrete to adhere to the rebar. Thursday: Due to morning rain showers limited work was being performed. This included welding on the meza-mean, placement of framing and electrical conduit. Chipping out concrete in the porch area. I talked with Buddy and he told me that PHI will be bringing in a saw to cut down at the old gym to make sure that the installation of the expansion board is done correctly. After it was discovered by removal of expansion board on the ends that the means and methods to fix the original bust in construction methods were not followed. 8
