HVAC, plumbing electrical roofing, windows and code related work b. Plus 15% of non-energy using scopes (like finishes and security vestibules) c. Qualifications/pre-approved subcontractors and vendors target local firms 2. Scopes that are publically bid a. State contract or exiqc with multiple vendors competing b. Work to include siteworkm work at stage, abatement/re-flooring 3. Schedule a. Begin GESA/ESCo scopes in the fall of 2018 to get best pricing when contractors are less constrained. b. Goal provide a method to get the most scope for least money
