These include commercial office fit out, specialist services fit out, retail and hospitality sectors. From Romford station you can get the 174, 103, 499 bus which stops on Dagenham Road (Stop F). Modular Engineering Facilities The Research and Development centre is one hour from our London office via C2C national rail service. It can be reached directly from the A127. The Production Facility in Rochford can be reached by National Rail services via the Shenfield to Southend line. By car, exit the A127 and head toward Southend Airport via Southend Road. 8 Project case studies Proven experience in delivering quality and high standards Norwich Street Located in the heart of London and running parallel to High Holborn, Norwich Street s refurbishment comprises MEP building services installation and CAT A extension to an existing six storey commercial office space. Remodelled upper floors and two completely new storeys, all within a busy Central London location make this a logistically challenging project and is testament to the commitment and experience of our ESG Prime team. Project Heart Project Heart is a new multi-purpose development providing event spaces, kitchens, gym, outdoor activity facilities, office areas, a customer experience zone and retail store. Aimed at providing colleagues with new areas to work and socialise together a central hub for their business. ESG were appointed to undertake the design, coordination and delivery of exposed MEP services throughout this modern building while not compromising the overall internal look and feel of the space. Overcoming key design and coordination challenges, particularly with the majority of MEP services on show were assisted with high levels of 3D visualisation and a BIM-led process. Sainbury s Built around a market square, Sainsbury s Eddington is part of a development that includes shops and homes as well as a community centre and performance arts centre, called the Storey s Field Centre. Fit out of a 21,000 sq. ft retail store with below ground car parking over a twelve week period from a developers shell to a fully operational trading store is a perfect example of ESG Prime s ability to mobilse, design and deliver within short construction periods. Achieving an excellent rating for BREEAM, The project incorporated energy efficiencies through the use of roof lights, LED lighting, intelligent lighting control systems, photo voltaic panels and CO2 refrigeration systems. The Halo Building, Kings Cross Due to the close proximity of Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancras International Stations close attention to logistics was essential when coordinating the project delivery of the Halo Building. Providing a fully coordinated CAT-A fit out to the 10 storey, 8,360 sqm building, ESG worked in close collaboration with the main contractor to achieve a high quality, BIM compliant delivery. Both challenging and complex, the MEP systems needed to coordinate with a vast amount of existing services requiring careful planning, detailed services coordination and a team used to working within an evolving delivery programme.
