4 H Providing and fixing of street light luminaries for reamaing area (like road, peripheral area etc.) of switch yard complete as per design with Philips/CGL/Bajaj/GE/Oshram make and energy efficient type 70 W (or suitable wattage )lamp with control gear box & ancillaries suitable for mounting on 7.0 mtr swaged poles as per spec.ts illuminations cl. no (EEO2) at appropriate height with necessary GI fabrication & GI bolt nuts to fix control gear box with complete internal and external wiring to J. box,dist panel/section feeder pillar, fixing terminal etc with supply of required 3 c x 2. mm2 copper armoured cable (as per spec). This also includes the supply and erection of 7.0 mtr swaged pole and foundation work as per spec. and panting with two coats of primer and two priming of zinc chromate as well as earthing with main mesh. The scope includes supply and erection of all the materials required for satisfactory functioning of above work. and of main lighting Panel ACP-2 as per Specifications Set comprises minimum 4 nos.of such panels qty may be more if required as per design.scope also includes the providing and erection of 2x6 GI strip for earthing with main mesh 3 Set and of main lighting Panel ACP-4 as per Specifications Set comprises minimum 2 nos.of such panels qty may be more if required as per design.scope also includes the providing and erection of 2x6 GI strip for earthing with main mesh 4 Set and of main Yard light Dist. Board as per designed capacity ratings.scope also includes the providing and erection of Cable(Size as per design Requirement) 0x6 GI strip for earthing with main mesh Nos Providing earthing to all tubularpole, main yard light DB, section Distribution panels/boxes, Junction boxes etc. as per standards with coil type earthing using 6SWG copper wire in seperately prepared earth pit of.mtr. Depth by using salt/coke(charcoal) 6KGs each & remainng filling with BC Soil and 6 required clamping with earth wire. Providing of concreting in :2:4 mix including muffing for erection of pole & Dist boxes panels including excavation of HR/SR as per approved drawing. 7 Providing & fixing of ' B ' Class ISI marked GI pipe of 2 mm inner diameter 8 for cable looping, road crossing with necessary elbow / band to J. Box etc. Providing and fixing of GI clamp (2mm wide GI strip with 6 mm GI nut bolts) on structure at approx. /2 Mtr. Interval for clamping of cable. Clamp should be fix in such a way that cable can be easily mount inside it & sustain standing on structure. This also includes required other materials,accessories required for complete functioning of Illumination system of whole project (switch yard and all buildings, structures) those are not covered in this schedule for Illumination. Please refer the drawing "General Schematic for Illumination" in the TS Illumination. 9 Note: The qunatities of the ACP's mentioned in the schedule of requirement are based on std. requirement, which shall be finalised during detail engineering. The bidder has to assess the qty. of ACP's at the time of quoting the bid. The qty of ACP's finalised during detail engineering is binding to the bidder & no any extra payment shall be made. In all the case the decision of GETCO will be final. and installation of materials for Earthing system in all respect as per respective specifications and special conditions ( Sucessful bidder has to submit the complete design and BOQ for approval) and Installation of earthing strips/round bars as shown below including digging of 600 mm depth and 40 mm wide trench fixing on structure as per std equipment earthing phylosophy incuding fixing arrangement with two bolt arrangement, jointing, welding etc. complete. a) 7 x 0 mm GI strip. Work 3 includes fabrication and fixing of GI strips for earthing connection Nos Providing BB masonary inspection chamber (man hole) incl.light type CI cover 4 as per GETCO drawing no P0 Nos Note: Extra earth should be removed away from the site s/s premises or refilling earthing pits if required. All required materials for this job such as CI pipe, CI cover with frame, salt, cement, sand, charcoal/bentonite, gravel, bricks etc. to be supplied by the contractor. I and of Ladder Type Cable Trays and Accesories as per respective Technical Specifications and relevant special conditions. Width of tray 40mm Rmtr mm Rmtr Length: Standard length of tray is 200mm, Height is 7mm, Thickness is 2mm (min.) Note: Cross, Tees, Elbows, Coupler plates, Bends, Reducer etc. required for complete installation of Ladder Type Tray are included in the Scope. NOTE: & of 220/66KV Transformer is not in the scope of awardee, but awardee will erect the itmes other than the scope of transformer manufacturer and witness during the erection and testing of the same and provide all the result in as built drawings/documents.
