Supply & Erection NBLS D/C tower (Hz type) includes required hardware accesories, Design, fabrication and galvanizing complying to the techincal requirment of Hz type tower (Unit Weight 2.58 MT ), Hardware Fittings for Hz type(unit Weight No MT ), 14 nos. of Extension for Hz type(unit Weight MT ),Hardware Fittings for extension (Unit Weight MT ) and also includes detailed survey for final line spotting and profile. Supply & Erection of foundation for NBLS D/C Towers (Hx Type) includes stub settings & other required accessories as per standard approved design, complying to the technical No. 31 requirment of Hx type STUB (Unit Weight MT ) and also includes soil Investigation & Testing. Supply and Stringing(Erection) of ACSR Panther conductor ( as per IS standard) on the NBLS D/C towers for single circuit line. Scope of Work -2(a) : Supply & Laying of 3core x 400mm2 33KV XLPE Underground Cabling for a route length of 4.0 km Supply and laying of 3core x 400mm2, 33KV XLPE Under Ground Cable (2 runs) in HDD method fitted along with detailed survey by using the following materials. a. Lighting Arrestor-12 nos. b. 3core x 400mm2, 33KV XLPE Under Ground Cable (2 runs)- 9km. c. 3.8 mtr length,200mm dia rigid PVC pipes-12 nos. d. Straight through cable jointing kit (considered one sets. e. Cable termination end kit (One each at either side of Cable) -14 sets. f. Earthing Device- 5 sets Scope of Work -2(b) : Supply & Laying of 3core x 300mm2 33KV XLPE Underground Cabling for a route length of 9.3 km Supply and laying of 3core x 300mm2, 33KV XLPE Under Ground Cable (2 runs) in HDD method fitted along with detailed survey by using the following materials. a. 3core x 400mm2, 33KV XLPE Under Ground Cable (2 runs)- 21km. b. 3.8 mtr length,200mm dia rigid PVC pipes-4 nos. c. Joist (150mmx150mm)-4 nos. b. Insulators-36 nos. c. H/W fittings - As required. d. HG Fuse - 1 Sets. e. Provision of holding two nos of 400mm² Cable end bottles- 4 nos. f. Earthing Materials for 4 Pole- 6 nos. g. Isolator with earth switch-2 sets. h. Lighting Arrestor-9 nos. i. MS Channel- As required. j. Any additional materials. Scope Of Work-4 : Constuction of DP structure of Metering Unit -2 nos. Supply & Erection of DP structure for Metering Unit using following materials; a. 11mtr R.S. Joist (150mmx150mm) -4 nos. b. Insulators-18 nos. c. H/W fittings - As required. d. Stay sets (2 nos per DP) - 4 nos. e. Provision of holding two nos of 400mm² Cable end bottles per DP- 4 nos. f.
