Assembling loose components of the various equipment as per manufacturer's instructions Bonding on to masonry/concrete work including cutting/drilling holes through All fixing accessories such as rawl bolts, nuts screws etc. as required. 4. Effecting adequate and proper connections. 5. Effecting proper bonding to earth Touching up all damaged paint over equipment with one coat of red oxide primer Providing all fixing accessories such as clamping devices, nuts and bolts, screws Providing thimbles, insulation tape etc. at joints and terminations as called for. 9. Providing proper supports for cable terminal boxes as called for. 10. Nos 3 Nos 2 Nos 2 5. SAFETY AND TESTING EQUIPMENTS Supplying and erection of the following equipment at suitable place in the sub-station building as required. a. Carbon dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguisher (conforming to IS 2878) with cylinders fully charged of capacity 4.5 Kg.) mounted on wall hooks. b. G.I. buckets of 12 litres capacity painted with red oxide paint and written with White paint 'Fire' and mounted on M.S. angle iron bracket of size 50 mm. x 50 mm. x 6 mm. thick and 500 mm. long including grouting in wall etc. as required including filling with dry sand. c. First aid box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade/Indian Red Cross conforming to IS : d. Shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with glass on, as required. Supplying and laying in position the following size of Hume pipes in road crossing and paved area, including earth work in excavation and backfilling, filling up joints with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid on PCC 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand 6 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm and down graded) and embedded in PCC 1:3:6, finished smooth, complete including sand cushioning at cable entry, etc. complete as required and as per specification a. 150 mm dia Hume pipe RM 25

Supply and Installing earthing stations at locations as called for with 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm. thick GI electrode 20 mm. dia medium class GI pipe (Indian Tube Company make or approved equal), GI funnel with 20 gauge GI wire mesh masonry chamber with concrete base, RCC manhole cover with frame (300 mm. x 300 mm.) and bitumastic paint and packing the mixture of Charcoal and salt around plate electrode complete as per IS: 3043). Supply and fixing in position the following tape/wires including providing all fixing accessories and effecting proper connections. a. 50 mm. x 6 mm. Control Cables: Supply, laying, effecting proper connections, testing and commissioning of the following sizes of 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated copper conductor armoured stranded control cable complete as required and as per specifications. Cables ii. 4 core x 2.5 sq. mm cable RM 50 iii. 7 core x 2.5 sq. mm cable RM Supply and making terminal joints for the following sizes of 1.1 KV PVC insulated Copper conductor cable including providing tinned copper terminal lugs, double compression brass cable glands, insulation tape, effecting terminal connections to the equipment complete as required. a Control Cables Terminations ii. 4 core x 2.5 sq. mm cable termination Nos 8 iii. 7 core x 2.5 sq. mm cable termination Nos Masonary chamber 90 x 90 x 100 Cm with 1st class brick work in cement mortar 1 : 5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand) for cable laying with RCC top cover 1 : 2 : 4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agreegate 20 mm nominal size) necessary excavation, foundation concrete (1 : 5 : 10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone agreegate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick finished with a coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. TRANSFORMERS Supply of indoor, dry type transformer with Copper winding having continuous rating of 11 KV/ 433 volts 3-Phase 50Hz, vector group Dyn-11 having an off-load tap changing arrangement on HV side with external links. The tapping to be provided for variation of HV voltage from -10% to + 5% in seven steps of 2.5% each. The transformer shall have top/bottem entry cable end box on HV side for 3 x 150 sq.mm. XLPE cable and LV Box of transformer shall be suitable for 4R x 3.5 x 300 sq.mm Al. conductor armoured XLPE cable with all fitting and accessores complete and as per specifications including standered sefty divice. a) 750 KVA Set 1 16 Main LT Panel Page 6 a. Incoming 1200 amps 4 pole electrically operated manually draw out type air circuit breaker with microprocessor release unit (Type 6 P of MG make or equivalent), for short circuit, over current and earth fault protection with adjustable setting as per specification and with following accessories : i. Dual source Digital energy meter with Maximum demand indicator (conzerve EM 6438 or equivalent) of accuracy class-i, with 3 Nos. 1200/5 amps 15VA CTs. ii. Phase indicating light shall be protected by 2 amps MCB s. - 3 Sets. iii. Breaker ON / OFF / TRIP indicating lights with control MCB s. - 1 Set. iv. 24 V DC Shunt trip coil. - 1 Set v. 240 V under voltage release. - 1 Set vi. Auto-manual / test selector / switch - 1 Set

8 17 CAPACITOR BANKS WITH AUTOMATIC CONTROL PANELS Page 8 Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic control panels with mixed die electric type capacitors, fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel in cubicle compartmentised, 3b modular construction, free standing, floor mounted, dust and vermin proof with reinforcement of suitable size, angle iron, channel, `T sections and / or flats wherever necessary. Cable gland plates shall be provided on top the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before powder coating as per specifications and final approved shade. 2 No. earthing terminals shall be provided for all distrtibution panels. Panels shall be suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ supply system. Lifting hooks shall also be provided in case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel in the form of shop drawings before fabrication. Galvanised hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of panels KVAR CAPACITOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL PANEL a. Incoming 630 amps TPN MCCB as per specification and with following accessories: i. 96 x 96 mm sq Volt digital voltmeter with selector switch ii. Phase indicating light shall be protected by 2 amps SP MCB s. - 3 Sets iii. Microproccessor based power factor compensating relay (including power factor meter) in 10 steps for automatic cut off or add on capacitor units to keep the power factor at 0.97 with variation of loads. All associated auxiliary contactors / relays / timer / auto manual selector switches to be provided - 1 Set.

Set 1 Set Designing, fabricating, supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning the following sheet steel cubicle type panels fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof, indoor type TPN Panels with hinged lockable doors suitable for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire 50Hz AC supply with separate cable alley and lockable bus-bar chamber with equally sized TPN copper/al. bus bars (including separate netural links for each phase in Built- In DBs) as mentioned duly powder coated as per approved shades with proper labelling including supplying and fixing os all switchgears & all accessories, inter-connections and bonding to earth as shown in the Schematic Diagram and as per specification: a Main Board - NSP/Type-III (Block - A)/RESI i Incomer: 1 no 125A TPN MCCB 25kA with A thermo-magnetic relay setting with rotary handle. 1 no 96x96 mm digital multi-parameter meter for measurment of current voltage, frequency, power factor, active & reactive power & energy with suitably rated CTs and MCB protection. 1 set of three phase indicating lamps with MCB protection ii Busbar: 200A TPN copper bus-bar with colour coded heat shrinkable insulation.
