PLACE: 10 th Floor Admin Conference Room IN ATTENDANCE: See Attendance Sheet 1. INTRODUCTIONS: - Introductions were made by all attendees. 2. DISTRIBUTION OF APPROVED PLANS / CONFORMED DOCUMENTS: - (2) sets of Conformed Drawings and (1) conformed Project Manual and (1) set of State of Ohio approved plans were given to the Contractor. - An electronic copy of contract documents will be furnished to each Prime Contractor. These will be on our website at 3. MEETING MINUTES: - Meeting minutes will be published on our website ( - Bob BGSU parking, stated all vehicles will require parking passes, material staging shall use Parking Lot 12 and employees can use Lots 12, 16 & 18. Job site trucks can use Lot V at Northwest side of building. - Rob NR, job set up will begin the end of next week, the project will run from mid May through June approximately 4 weeks, they will access the roof via the exterior using ladders and will provide a porta john for employee use. - Tim & Joe BGSU, will contact BGSU Campus operations regarding Contractor keys, the Contractor shall provide a project schedule for review, the Contractor shall go to Campus Purchasing to review additional job specific information with Beth Nagel, the Contractor shall protect grass and grounds and to repair any Contractor damaged areas - Tim & Joe BGSU along with Todd TDG, discussed with all, the possible issues with the existing electrical conduits that are in the existing roof deck flutes. The Contractor shall investigate all areas of the underside of the existing roof deck to verify conduit locations prior to attachment of the new roof system. - Todd TDG shall create an Emergency Contact List. See attached. 4. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FORMAT: - Route all questions RFI s through TDG Deb Leopold at deb@technicondesigngroup.com & todd@technicondesigngroup.com 5. SHOP DRAWINGS SUBMISSION: - Please all submittals to Deb Leopold at deb@technicondesigngroup.com and todd@technicondesigngroup.com. - Prior to submitting to TDG, please review NORTH PERRY STREET, SUITE 102, OTTAWA, OHIO P:

2 TECHNICON DESIGN GROUP INC. - Please use cover sheet stating Contractor name, date it was submitted, spec section, description of submittal, and a place for Contractor stamp, Architect stamp and Consultant stamp. - Contractor shall comment, stamp and sign shop drawings. - Shop drawings not stamped and approved by Contractor will be returned without review. 6. SCHEDULE OF VALUES: - TDG requested submission of schedule of Values. Submit a pencil copy for Architect review including a line for Closeout Documents. Labor and material will be separated on Schedule of Values. 7. PAY REQUEST SUBMISSION: - Provide a pencil copy of the P.A. via to Deb L. at deb@technicondesigngroup.com by the 25 th of each month for review prior to sending the Pay Applications each month. - Contractor shall submit (4) copies of Pay Application and (1) copy of Payroll to Todd - TDG for review. 8. CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS MEETINGS: - Tim B. & Joe P. - BGSU progress meeting shall be weekly, starting May 23, 2018 at the Perry Field House. Progress Meeting shall be May 23, 2018 beginning at 3:00 p.m. Room 109 at the Perry Field House. THE ABOVE REPRESENTS TECHNICON DESIGN GROUP, INC.
