MARKET OVERVIEW South Denver Trade Area Orchard Plaza is located on the northwest corner of DTC Boulevard and Orchard Road. Orchard Road is a heavily trafficked commuter segway from I-25 into the Denver Technological Center (DTC). DTC Boulevard turns into S.
