Install, Cmmissin and Handver Air Surce Heat Pumps (Nn-Refrigerant Circuits) Perfrmance s Where this assessment is cnducted in full r in part, either in the wrk place r a simulated Realistic Wrk Envirnment (RWE), the perfrmance assessment must be carried ut using installatins that will enable the learner t demnstrate cmpetence t install, inspect, test, cmmissin and handver t the end user a heat pump (nn refrigerant circuit), and assciated cmpnents cvered by this assessment and that the assessment will enable the Unit s perfrmance and knwledge assessment criteria t be met. Wrkplace Perfrmance s. Wrk place perfrmance assessments must be undertaken with the learner being directly supervised by a cmpetent persn. It is the respnsibility f the assessr t ensure that; The assessment being undertaken by the learner is carried ut in accrdance with the requirements f prevailing legislatin and nrmative standards at the time f assessment. A risk assessment has been carried ut by the learner and that the assessment has taken int accunt and mitigated ptential r actual risks either befre r during the assessment. The supervising engineer hlds valid certificates f cmpetence in the areas f wrk being undertaken by the learner.
