4 Page 4 of 23 NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR ENGAGING AN AGENCY FOR Designing and Fabrication of CEL stall and related task during11 th Renewable Energy India 2017 Expo, being held at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida during 20 th - 22 nd September Introduction CEL is participating in 11 th Renewable Energy India 2017 Expo, being held at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida during 20 th 22 nd September The 11 th Renewable Energy India 2017 Expo is being organized by UBM India. CEL wants to create awareness & promote solar modules and solutions in this exhibition for Establishing and maintaining customer relations. Interaction between buyers & sellers. Identify new business partners and competitors Facilitate consumer acceptance and brand publicity The Booth # (8 mtr x 6 mtr, 48 sqm, 3-side open location) inside Hall # 11 on the Ground Floor is allotted to Central Electronics Limited under raw scheme. CEL intends to hire the services of the official booth contractor of M/s UBM India for Designing and Fabrication of CEL stall and related task during 11 th Renewable Energy India 2017 Expo. The vendors are advised to ensure their capability before bidding as the task has to be completed in short duration and in a time bound manner under the direction of the CEL.

5 Page 5 of Eligibility Criteria a) The vendor must be the official booth contractor of M/s UBM India. Relevant documents / certificates may be submitted along with the bid in support of their claim. b) The vendor must have prior experience of carrying out the work relevant to the task in Central / State Government, Central/State PSU, other Government organizations on at least one occasion during the last three years. Relevant documents / certificates may be submitted along with the bid in support of their claim. 3. EMD 2% of the estimated contract value. 4. Payment terms a) After issuing the work order, no advance payment will be released. b) 100% payment will be released after 2 weeks of completion of the expo, after the satisfactory performance of the vendor. 5. Liquidated Damages and completion of work The work must be completed by 6:00 PM on 19 th September, 2017 in all respects. If the vendor is unable to complete the work during the stall construction days of 18 th & 19 th September, 2017 in all respects and until 6:00 PM on 19 th September, 2017 and leaves the job without completing it, thereby compelling CEL to get the job done from other vendor, in that case, the vendor will be liable for the following: 1. The EMD will be forfeited 2. The equivalent additional amount, which will be paid by CEL to the new vendor for doing the remaining job, will be charged by CEL from the vendor (original vendor) OR 10% penalty of the total contract

6 Page 6 of 23 value, whichever is more, will be deducted / charged from the original vendor s balance payment. 3. Blacklisting of the vendor for participating in any further tender/ inquires for at least 2 years and CEL would also be free to circulate such blacklisted agencies to other Ministries / Departments of Govt. of India. 6. Scope of Work A. Designing of CEL Stall on approximately 48 sqm (08 x 06) raw scheme area in modular fabricated design structure with aesthetic look. (The area may vary depending upon availability). The tentative design is also included in Annexure A B. Stall Fabrication as per below technical specifications i. Platform: A raised wooden platform 4 to be placed on the floor made of Plywood 18 mm with wooden frames for the support of the platform. (48 sq. Mts approx) ii. iii. iv. Carpet on the flooring: Blue Carpet to be placed on the platform as shown in the design for the whole 48 sq. Mts. Back wall: Backwall to be made of Plywood 6 mm and MDF 6 mm with the support of the platform. The size of the backwall will be as per norms of UBM. Pillars: No piler v. Top Fascia: The top fascia to be as per design which will have the support of wood Plywood 8 mm. vi. Reception Desk: The reception desk to be made of plywood and MDF with size 5 feet width x 3 feet height with storage and to be lockable to store the valuables in that.

Posters/exhibit: The raw content for the posters/exhibits will be provided by CEL, the booth contractor has to design the poster and edit the content to make it attractive and eye catchy. The posters/exhibits have to be reusable and will be taken by the CEL after the completion of exhibitions. The transportation of the posters/exhibits to CEL Campus at Sahibabad is also under the scope of the vendor. Logo: CEL Logo will be made of 3D 10MM MDF. The logos have to be reusable and will be taken by the CEL after the completion of exhibitions. The transportation of the logo to CEL Campus at Sahibabad is also under the scope of the vendor. Furniture: Barstools White Colour with Leather Finish for the reception table. 1 no Center Table with Glass top: 2 center table with glass top to be provided for discussion of clients. 8 Chairs white colour to be provided for Discussion with leather finish. Sofa Sets to be provided for VIP clients for discussion: (2 seater 2 no. With leather finish, white colour.) x. LED s Television: 1 nos. 42 LED s to be provided in the booth for presentations and walkthrough of the company. xi. Store Room: As per design for storing branding material, other luggage, Coffee/Tea vending machine, Water bottles, etc.

8 Page 8 of 23 xii. xiii. xiv. xv. xvi. xvii. xviii. xix. Mounting of flexible, bifacial Solar PV Module: CEL will provide the flexible and bifacial solar PV module to the booth fabricator. The booth fabricator will make necessary arrangement for pasting the flexible solar PV module using 3M adhesives/tapes and mounting of bifacial solar PV module. Hanging Lights: Appropriate lighting arrangements/ Hanging Lights (3 nos) as per design. The wiring and sockets to be provided as per requirement of CEL. Metal Lights: Metal Lights (atleast 6 numbers) of 150 W each to be provided for over all lighting of the booth. Power Sockets: Atleast 4 power sockets for charging of laptops and mobile phones Wiring and Connections: 12mm wirings to be provided for overall connections of the booth lights. Paint Work: Asian Paint Royale or similar to be used in the booth for the paint work. Dismantling of the booth: Dismantling of the booth is under the scope of the vendor as per the guidelines of M/s UBM Guidelines. Electricity: M/s UBM is providing 5 KW electricity connection; any extra load is under the scope of the vendor. C. Receptionist:

9 Page 9 of 23 1 Receptionist/ Hostess for 3 days to be provided by the vendor. The logistics of the Receptionist/ Hostess is also under the scope of the vendor. D. Tea/Coffee Vending Machine & Water Bottles: Tea/Coffee Vending Machine 01 number Raw Material/Consumable for preparing Tea/Coffee Cups, Approx 150 Cups every day. Bisleri 500 ml water bottle 500 numbers, approx. 150 bottles every day. E. Transportation of Solar Rickshaw, Solar Tree, Bifacial & Flexible Solar Module, Branding material, etc from CEL, Sahibabad to REI Expo and back : Transportation of Solar Rickshaw, Solar Tree, Bifacial & Flexible Solar Module, Branding material, etc from CEL, Sahibabad to REI Expo and back as per the instructions from competent authority of CEL. The safety/insurance of the material during transportation, loading and unloading of material is also under scope of the vendor. The prices should include all taxes, labour charges, dismantling, electricity charges, drayage, hanging charges for banners or any kind of other charges what so ever related with the stall.
