Shuld yu be chsen t participate in the 2018 MSFTF, a nn-refundable registratin fee f $300 fr trucks r $200 fr Carts will be required in rder t reserve yur spt. 3 8 th Annual Main Street Fd Truck Festival Set-up Lad in will take place between 8:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. n Saturday, September 8. All additinal vehicles MUST be mved ut f festival area by 9:30 a.m. Yur peratin set-up must be cmpleted by 10:00 a.m. The AR Health Department will begin necessary inspectins at this time. If yu arrive after 9:30 a.m., yu will frfeit yur participatin in the event. Security Little Rck Plice Department will prvide security during event hurs nly. N items may be left vernight. Yu are respnsible fr yur things. Dwntwn Little Rck Partnership, Main Street Fd Truck Festival, event vlunteers and any rganizatin affiliated with the event assume n respnsibility r liability fr lss r damaged items r equipment. Weather This is an utdr event and n alternate rain date r site is planned. The festival will nt be cancelled because f rain. Vendrs shuld cme prepared fr the weather. Tents, canpies and pp-ups must be secured t withstand wind and weather. (sandbags r water barrels are required as utlined in City rdinance) Fire Extinguisher- All trucks are required t have a wrking fire extinguisher n site, serviced within the past year. Fd Strage Ben E. Keith is supplying refrigerated/frzen fd strage fr the event. If yu wuld like t purchase supplies frm them, cntact ur ffice and we will put yu in tuch with a representative. A security vlunteer will be at the trailer during the festival. The pre-event strage drp ff will be Friday, September 7 frm 3 p.m.- 8 p.m. DROP OFF IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items shuld be remved prir t the festival end n Saturday at 6 p.m. Tickets/Cash/Credit Attendees will pay directly t the vendr. Each vendr is respnsible fr his/her wn cash drawer and change. VIPs may pay with VIP Truck Bucks that are clearly marked and MUST be accepted fr the value nted n each cupn ($1). Each truck will be 100% reimbursed fr any VIP Truck Bucks taken. Reimbursement will take place at Cmmand Central between 5 p.m.- 6 p.m. DAY OF nly. N VIP Truck Bucks reimbursement will take place after Saturday, September 16. Sales Tax When yu arrive, a BLOCK CAPTAIN will issue a Department f Finance and Administratin SALES TAX envelpe. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK AND RETURN IT TO THE BLOCK CAPTAIN PRIOR TO LEAVING THE EVENT. Pwer/Water All vendrs must be 100% self- cntained. N electricity r water will be available. Yu may nt plug in t city light psts. Any ne plugging int city light ples will be discnnected by City fficials. Trash/Clean-Up Vendrs are respnsible fr keeping their area clean, including clean-up and trash remval after the event. DO NOT dump water, grease r any ther liquid n the pavement. Remve all trash created by yur fd truck frm the area. Departure Take dwn will begin after 6 p.m. n Saturday. Remain pen until event clsing, even if truck is sld ut. The festival permit expires at 6 p.m. Yu are required t stp taking mney at that time and begin clsing prcedures. Fr the safety f thse attending, leaving early will nt be permitted.

4 8 th Annual Main Street Fd Truck Festival Menu Nitty Gritty- really imprtant stuff VOLUTNEER VOUCHERS Each truck will prvide SEVEN (7) cmplimentary meals t feed vlunteers. Each meal must include an entrée and a side item. Each Cart will prvide FOUR (4) meals. DLRP will print a VOLUTNEER MEAL VOUCHER fr yur truck. Yu will nt be reimbursed fr vlunteer meal vuchers. The VMV is nt redeemable fr cash at the end f the event. Menu and Pricing Prepare a menu with five quick serve items nly. N exceptins. Mre patrns can be served thus increasing sales. Each truck must ffer at least ne sample size item. This sample item shuld be $5 r less. The sample item shuld be a smaller prtin fr 1 r 2 peple. Turn- arund times shuld be 1 minute r less. D yu have a dish that is unique t yur fd truck? MAKE ONE! Create a featured dish just fr the event. Think utside the bx! Take a regular entrée r side item and really spruce it up! Set yurself apart! D what yu d best! There will plenty f delicius cmpetitin at this event. Menus are required t be submitted t MSFTF fficials fr marketing purpses and shuld be psted n the truck. Display prices clearly alng with methds f payment accepted. Tax must be included in menu pricing. Vendrs may sell nn-alchlic beverages. The nly menu that shuld be visible n the frnt f yur truck is the ne yu are serving at MSFTF alng with the price (including tax. Example Menu: 1.
