1 PINEY ORCHARD STREET FESTIVAL GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS The fllwing Rules and Regulatins will be strictly enfrced fr ALL Vendrs! All Vendrs are required t attend the Vendr Meeting n THURSDAY, May 31, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. At the meeting yu will be given set- up instructins, parking and bth assignments. This will als be the time t ask any questins that yu may have. This includes vendrs wh have previusly participated. Vehicle/Trailer access t Piney Orchard Street Festival Yur vehicle will be allwed t enter the Street Festival during yur alltted set- up time. Yu must unlad yur vehicle at yur assigned bth space and immediately mve yur vehicle frm the Street Festival area t designated parking areas. N vehicles will be allwed t stay at assigned bth space withut prir apprval frm the Street Festival Cmmittee Chair. If yu are selling yur gds (i.e. fd truck, trailer, etc.) r transprting yur items t the festival using a trailer, it will be required that yu arrive fr set- a.m. Due t prir issues this cannt be waived r changed. NO electrical pwer, generatrs, water, ice, chairs, tables r canpies/tents prvided. Tents can be rented at additinal cst. See applicatin fr infrmatin. If the vendr prvides their wn generatr, details f the type f generatr must be prvided in advance. (See applicatin) Sidewalks behind each vendr s bth MUST be kept clear fr Ft Traffic. Sidewalks are nt t be used fr strage! This is a fire safety law. All bxes, supplies, cking items, etc. need t be kept within yur vendr space. Vendrs are nt allwed t walk the street selling their wares, services r giving handuts. Vendrs MUST stay in yur assigned 10 x 10 vending area r yu will be clsed dwn fllwing the belw prcedures: 1 st infractin verbal warning 2 nd infractin Vilatr will be infrmed they will be asked t leave festival 3 rd infractin Vilatr shall be clsed dwn and must exit the festival. Vilatr may pack up bth, hwever, items must be taken t vehicle n ft. Under n circumstances will a vehicle be allwed nt the street prir t the ending f the event. PETS Are NOT allwed in the Festival area. This includes bth n the street and in the vending area. The nly exceptin will be service dgs assisting the handicapped. Vacant Space If the space next t yu is vacant, this des nt mean yu can spread ut! The Festival Cmmittee has a reasn t leave these spaces pen.

2 NO BOOTH SHARING. Yu shall NOT BE ALLOWED t sell/share any prtin f yur space r any ther space t anther vendr. The Street Festival begins prmptly at 11:00 am. The Street Festival pens with the Military Clr Guard fllwed by ur Natinal Anthem. All bths shall clse prmptly at 6:00 pm. The street will re- pen fr yur vehicle at 6:00 pm. Please begin packing up yur items at this time. All vendrs and their vehicles must be ff the street n later than 7:30 pm. The Landscaping crew will begin sweeping the street at 7:00 pm and the Street will re- pen t the public at apprximately 9:00 t 10:00 pm. Health & Fd Permits Fd Vendrs are respnsible fr btaining apprpriate Health & Fd Permits frm the Anne Arundel Cunty Health Department. End f Day Clean- Up All grease, il, charcal, etc. must be remved frm the street by the fd vendr. IF any items are left n the street, vendr will be inviced fr the amunt t clean- up the street and will nt be allwed t participate at the next Street Festival event. Any vendr selling fd r ther items that may create litter are required t prvide trash cans r trash bags. At the end f the day, all vendrs are requested t canvas their bth area and remve all trash. Other Vendrs may prvide their wn tent and tables; hwever they must cnfrm t the space standard and fit within the Vendr assigned space(s). Vendr space is 10 feet by 10 feet. If yur bth set up des nt fit within these dimensins, YOU MUST REQUEST AND PAY FOR ADDITIONAL BOOTH SPACE- NO EXCEPTIONS. Payment is required in full at the time f applicatin. Applicatin des nt guarantee vendr participatin. Vendrs will be selected at the discretin f the Street Festival Cmmittee and ntified via . Yu must submit CHECK with APPLICAITON. DO NOT APPLICATIONS THEY MUST BE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN ON THE APPLICATION FORM.
