3 Chair material concept The Corpo range The way in which Corpo i contructed allow the chair to be dimantled at the end of it working life in order to recycle mot of the part. A detailed lit of the material ued follow: Polyamide (PA6 / PA6.6) Propertie: The flah point of the material lie at 400 C. The ignition temperature lie at 450 C. Thermal decompoition occur when the part i ubjected to a temperature of 350 C. Sytem part: Hand wheel, caing, armret height adjutment. Steel part Propertie: The part are of very high trength with regard to breakage, traction, torion and bending. The level of trength i higher or lower, depending on the quality grade. The part are corroionreitant after electroplating. Thermal decompoition occur when the part i ubjected to a temperature of 1100 C. PU oft foam padding Propertie: Flah point and ignition temperature are not applicable in the cae of PU padding. If ued a deignated, thermal decompoition doe not occur. All PU oft foam padding i manufactured without CFC. Downcycling produce lower grade compoite foam. Sytem part: Headret foam, eat foam, armret inlay/onlay, armret pad, backret foam, top foam. Polypropylene (PP) Propertie: The flah point i not applicable. The ignition temperature lie at 330 C. Thermal decompoition occur when the part i ubjected to a temperature of C. Additional information material identification The larger part made of Polypropylene (PP), Polyamide (PA), Polyoxymethylene (POM) and Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) are marked with the repective material identification code for recycling. Cover material Propertie: Detailed information on the compoition of material can be found on the repective fabric and leather card. Recycling: Ye ome of the unblended cover fabric made from natural fiber can be returned to the upplier. There, the cover are hredded and reued to produce new fabric. Cover fabric made from ynthetic material can be recycled. The method ued to tan and dye the leather cover allow them to be compoted without problem.
