Manage and recncile all CRM data fr custmers. Recncile custmer accunt s verifying CRM data with custmer infrmatin. Manage data f either large custmers; namely MNO and/r medium t small custmers; namely ISPs ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Custmer enquiries Ensure that all relevant infrmatin is btained frm the KAM r directly frm custmers in rder t capture n CRM t start the quting prcess; either via Telephnically * NOTE: The title Sales Crdinatr culd pssibly be cnsidered as the incumbent liaises directly with clients and nt via the Key Accunts Manager Jb Descriptin 1

Preparatin f qutatins On receipt f Transmissin Plans frm Technical Department, check fr grss errrs and ensure that there are LOS and actual rute distances t start qutatins preparatins (Schedule Bs) Capture qute line items relative t prduct ffering Send qutatin and ntificatin t Finance fr apprval Cnvert qute int PDF frmat and send apprved qutatin directly t custmer r KAM Lg qutatin infrmatin manually fr reprting purpses reprting dne n a weekly basis 4. Order prcessing On acceptance f qutatin by the custmer pprtunity/qute must be cnverted int a link rder. Attach riginal signed rder n CRM and send infrmatin thrugh fr circuit number allcatin. Ensure that a circuit number is assigned t the link and advise the relevant KAM and/r custmer and Service Delivery Manager theref Jb Descriptin 2

ATP Certificates Ensure that DFA has received the signed ATP certificate frm client within the 5 day perid as stipulated in cntract Capture client apprval date n CRM, attach signed ATP certificate and send t Finance fr invicing Advise Admin Manager f receipt f ATP s fr accurate recrd keeping 6. Reprting Cllect and prepare feedback frm Service Delivery Manager t KAMs regarding client links. Liaise with KAM and / r custmer directly Accmpany KAMs t custmers frm time t time t handle and / r clarify all sales admin related issues and recrds as and when required Update CRM prbability data in new pprtunities as received frm KAMs fr pipeline data reviews Reprt n a weekly basis number and values f all qutatins generated Reprt n a weekly basis number and values f all link rder cnversins Recncile custmer infrmatin vs. CRM data t determine accuracy f recrds 7. Miscellaneus &General Perfrm any ther wrk related duties and respnsibilities that may be assigned frm timet-time by management in line with sales administratin duties Cnstantly perfrm clean-up peratins n all CRM data, as and when CRM gets updated/ enhanced Jb Descriptin 3
