Recmmendatins: I am the U UPDATE: Official name f the prgram is I am the U and is set t launch January 2017 Participants: Full Day Every new emplyee (1800 ppl/year) t the University enterprise, regardless f level, area, r status. UPDATE: All new emplyees (Faculty and Staff) will be required t attend I am the U n their first day f wrk. Class sizes will vary frm 60 participants n Mnday s t 35 participants n Wednesday s and Thursday s. Partial Day Every new cntracted (1200 ppl/year) r student emplyee (3700 ppl/ year) wh will be wrking in the University enterprise, regardless f level, area, r status. Each candidate was judged n a rubric that utlined specific expectatins and utcmes and was shared with them prir t auditining. Outside judges were recruited t prvide diverse perspective and insight. A campus tur was nt a viable ptin given budget cnstraints, time alltted, lgistical planning and manpwer necessary in rder t make it seamless. Instead, an interactive virtual tur f all campuses is being created where each participant will be asked t pair up with anther participant t explre varius lcatins, buildings and landmarks f the U tgether in an activity. 4 P age
