Bth Sublet Exhibitin Rules & Regulatins Security Americans with Disabilities Act Exhibit bths and spaces may nt be sublet, shared r transferred in part r whle withut the express written cnsent f the FBINAA. All exhibitrs agree t adhere t all cnditins and regulatins utlined in this Prspectus and additinal exhibitin guidelines and prcedures prvided by the Exhibit Decratr. All exhibitrs shall serve the interest f the FBINAA members and shall cnduct business and perate their bths in a manner that will nt detract frm ther exhibits, exhibitrs r the Cnference. 13 Cmpliance with Lcal Ordinances Insurance Indemnificatin Damage t Exhibitin Prperty Htel Licenses and permits required by lcal statute, rdinance r regulatin (if any) are t be btained and paid fr by the exhibitr. Each exhibitr will be individually respnsible fr cmpliance with lcal health, fire and safety rdinances and regulatins. All prducts and services exhibited must cmply with all state and lcal regulatins, and with all current FDA regulatins fr such prducts and services. Lcal fire cdes and rdinances required that the exhibitin aisles be clear at all times. Demnstratin areas shall nt be placed n the aisle sideline f an exhibit. Sufficient space within an exhibit area must be left t handle any crwd. Shuld any demnstratin interfere with ther exhibit space, the FBINAA may, in its sle discretin, require that the demnstratin be limited r canceled. The FBINAA has n further respnsibility t ntify the exhibitr that this cmpliance is required. Insurance prtectin will nt be affrded t any exhibitr either by the FBINAA, general services cntractr r the exhibitin prperty. An exhibitr shall carry its wn insurance t cver exhibit material and equipment against damage and lss, including public liability insurance f at least $1 millin per ccurrence and $1 millin per aggregate against injury t the persn r prperty f thers. Exhibitr agrees t prvide upn request a certificate f insurance declaring such insurance and adding the FBI Natinal Academy Assciates, Inc. as an additinal insured. The exhibitr agrees t indemnify and hld harmless the FBINAA, its fficers, directrs, agents and emplyees frm any and all claims f liability f third parties arising ut f r related t the acts r missins f the Exhibitr in cnnectin with the Exhibitr s participatin in the 2014 Annual Cnference.
