AD PLACEMENT AND MARKETING STRATEGIES The primary source of revenue for the business is the development and placement of advertisements among selected media on behalf of the Company s clients. Whoodoo Media and Advertising s owners expect that the business will earn a substantial amount of revenue from these services within the Company s targeted market. Each advertising campaign and marketing strategy will be developed to ensure that the business provides each client with maximum visibility for their advertisements. GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES The Company also generates secondary revenues from the sale of graphic design services that will be used in conjunction with customer s advertisements. This is an important secondary stream of revenue for the business, which complement the ad placement and development of marketing strategies services offered by the business. CORPORATE BRANDING The company offers Corporate Branding where various products are brand name in a practice referred to as family branding or umbrella branding. By using corporate branding with a successfully marketed product, a company can familiarize consumers with its products and may create brand loyalty. Whoodoo Media offers an innovative and creative corporate branding through corporate gifts and promotional materials. Website development, logo and other communication are offered to our clients at simple level; Logos that are easy to interpret and Websites that allow our clients customer to interact with their supply or service provide. MARKET The target market is both the public and private sector, in the private sector the focus will be on a small to medium enterprise with a turn over of between one to ten million rand per annum, newly formed enterprises with a budget of between one hundred thousand to one million. The company is 100% black owned and managed entity by two members; Mashaba Rirhandzu Pardon and Chauke Hasani Morris, whom are permanent residents of South Africa, and are also responsible for overseeing the day to day running of business activities. STAFF AND MANAGEMENT The staff and management of Whoodoo Media and Advertising bring with them to the business fresh creativity, innovation and a different way of doing things in the media and advertising industry within the country as a whole. MASHABA RIRHANDZU PARDON, is a graduate from Tshwane University of Technology, she hold a National Diploma in marketing management. Mashaba has a three years working experience in the advertising industry, her portfolio include Moretele Municipality, Vhembe District Municipality and Gauteng legislature, before starting whoodoo media and advertising. He is the responsible manager for marketing and sales section, and there is one subordinate who is responsible for sales and report directly the marketing and sales manager about the sales target for each month. CHAUKE HASANI MORRIS is an exceptional talented and versatile artist, who studied graphic design and has done extensive work for corporate media, advertising and printing for different companies for the past five years before starting whoodoo media and advertising. He is responsible for graphic design or production section, he also have one part time subordinate who is responsible for graphic design, and report to him directly with regards to progress on a daily basis. AMUKELANI LAUCRATIA MABASA, She is a capable, intelligent and very presentable communications specialist with an unrivalled ability to understand client objectives, industry and mission statement. Much experienced and having a proven ability to use the web and social media to engage with target audiences and get a clients core messages across. The last employee is full time and responsible for account section and report directly to the marketing and sales for now because we are still awaiting the finance manager, but we are coping very well under the circumstances. CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE Whoodoo Media Advertising knows the importance of customers satisfaction and how their comments or complain can not be taken for granted, as a result we have development the customer complain handling policy and procedures. We understand and view complaint as a free gift and consider ourselves lucky that our valuable customers are able to take their time and help our company to improve the way it conduct its business.
