2 Greetings, Thank you for supporting the YWCA of Greater Lafayette. The Ultimate Pink Party is supported by Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health and Unity Healthcare. The Ultimate Pink Party is a fun filled night for women to gather amongst friends and family to raise funds for the YWCA Women s Cancer Program. SAVE THE DATE: Thursday, October 23rd, 2014 Purdue Memorial Union West Lafayette 5pm - 10pm The evening includes a dinner, a spa service, entrance to the vendor room, door prizes, health screenings provided by the Kathryn Weil Center for Education, entertainment, dessert extravaganza and silent auction. To accommodate more people and have more space we will be hosting the event again at the Purdue Memorial Union in West Lafayette. Tickets go on sale for $65 for an individual or $600 for a table of 10 on June 2nd and can be purchased by contacting Unity Healthcare at Information will be placed on our website: If you would like to be a vendor/sponsor for the event, please fill out the form on page 7 and return by , fax or mail. Space for the vendor / spa rooms will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis and will not be confirmed until payment is received. Last year the vendor rooms and the event did sell out, so don t wait. This is event will be limited to the first 440 attendees. Don t miss out on this fun girls night out event. One day we hope to find a cure and provide care for all breast cancer patients and you can make a difference. 1
