1 EXETER LIVESTOCK CENTRE MARKET REPORT Wednesday 14th February 2018 Monthly Machinery Sale MONTHLY SALE OF MACHINERY, PLANT & IMPLEMENTS 10.30AM Auctioneer: Ian Caunter More lots on offer drawing several more potential purchasers forward on what was a wet day at Exeter. That said the weather didn t hamper trade with many lots meeting or exceeding client expectations. A John Deere tractor (5055E) achieved 7,400, Tim Haywood of Rackenford realised 1500 for an Ifor Williams stock trailer and a Ritchie cattle handling system down from Hampshire levelled out at 950. Diesel engines from John French of Holne achieved 900, HH Clemens of Holcombe attained 800 for a Bateman cattle crush and Dan Barter of Newton Abbot sold a Lewis Landlord back actor for 720. Other items included small stock trailers topped at 480, bale grabs to 520, a gang mower made 350 and horse box achieved 300. Moorland Timber of Ipplepen sold various lots of timber to 270 & 260 whilst Ranjit Farming sold feed barriers to 150 and yard gates to 80.
