2 Multisensor processing platforms ÍNDICE Introduction Indra Objective Operative and R+D multisensors processing platforms 2
3 INTRODUCTION Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) is a suite of standard encodings and web services that enable: Discovery of sensors, processes, and observations over a geographic area Tasking of sensors or models Access to observations and observation streams Publish-subscribe capabilities for alerts Robust sensor system and process descriptions It is based on the universal acces to hetereogeneus and distribuited sensors networks using web services For standard info: 3
4 INDRA OBJECTIVE To utilised the universal acces to hetereogeneus and distribuited sensors networks throught web services (SWE_OGC) to improve remote sensing outputs in terms of: * Quality of final data: instant calibration or readjustment of ourputs. * Time processing: automatisation of processes thanks to the instant acces to in situ data: algorythms, models, etc.. * Improvement of temporal and spatial resolution of products, using the combined remote and in situ sensors, specially for byophysical parameters: Foster to introduce in situ data networks into SDI s For standard info: 4
