This Matrix addresses the Mountain Top section located in Hanover Township, Wright Township and Fairview Township. This is a Federal Aid Paving project that will be constructed in compliance with pavement preservation design criteria. The proposed pavement preservation will include a mill and fill with areas of base repair at depths to be determined by PennDOT. Proposed pavement markings will mirror existing markings. Pavement markings within signalized intersections will be replaced per the permit plans. The roadway will be evaluated for guiderail compliance. Items for shoulder reconstruction, cleaning fallen rock from shoulders, and shoulder backup with #1 and #2A stone are included. Reconstructed shoulders must be full-depth and traffic ready and are proposed for select areas. ADA will be addressed at one signalized intersection, SR 0309 at Kirby Avenue (SEG 0450 OFF 2056).
