A ONE STORY ADDITION WITH FULL BASEMENT WAS DONE IN 1955 AND A CONNECTOR LINK TO A NEW ADJACENT OCKINGA CENTER WAS DONE IN THE MAIN ORIGINAL BUILDING HAS POURED CONCRETE BASEMENT WALL WITH STEEL BEAMS AND BAR JOIST. A PORTION OF ORIGINAL HAS A 4' CRAWL SPACE. THE BUILDING IS BRICK VENEER OVER BLOCK OR POURED WALL, FLOOR AND ROOF ARE POURED CONCRETE OVER METAL LATH DECKING. THE LINK IS STEEL COLUMN AND BEAM STRUCTURE WITH METAL ROOF DECK. IT HAS INFILL WINDOWS ON BRICK AND BLOCK SIDE WALLS AND FOUNDATION.
