1 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING public meeting to receive input on the following planning applications will be held on: COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE (PUBLIC HERING) at 7:00 pm at VUGHN CITY HLL, COUNCIL CHMBER 2141 MJOR MCKENZIE DRIVE, VUGHN, ONTRIO, L6 1T1 PROPERTY: South of Rutherford Road, west of Bathurst Street, specifically west of 1 Hesperus Road (existing Hesperus Village Seniors Residence), City of Vaughan (ttachments #1 and #2 Ward 4). PPLICTION: The Owner has submitted the following applications for consideration: 1) Zoning By-law mendment pplication (File No. Z ) to amend the City s Zoning By-law 1-88 to rezone the subject lands from gricultural Zone to R5 Residential Zone (single detached dwellings, minimum 7.75 m frontage), along with the necessary sitespecific zoning exceptions to facilitate the proposed subdivision as shown on ttachment #3. 2) Draft Plan of Subdivision pplication (File No. 19T-15V003) to create a residential subdivision with 20 residential lots for single detached dwellings, and a future public road, as shown on ttachment #3. Reg. 545/06) If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of Vaughan before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the City of Vaughan to the Ontario Municipal Board. If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the City of Vaughan before the by-law is passed, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
