1 Pre bid Minutes Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Applications for Election Activities including of End to end monitoring of the Pre-election, Election Day and Post-election activities for Chief Electoral Officer, AP Ref: Tender No. F.No.2806/Elecs.D/2018, Dt :o0o:-- Tender call notice was issued inviting bids on e-procurement website on as per the OCB procedure for Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Applications for Election Activities including of End to end monitoring of the Pre-election, Election Day and Post-election activities for Chief Electoral Officer, AP. Pre bid conference was held on Chief Electoral Officer and prospective (M/s.Asman Software Solutions, M/s.Karvy, M/s.Vupadhi Techno Services (P) Ltd., M/s.Oasys Cybernetics Pvt.Ltd., and M/s.ESRI India) have participated and discussed terms, conditions of the RFP and requirements and raised certain clarifications. M/s. Application(s) hosting: For hosting application, hardware/ virtual machines and space will be provided by ITE&C Dept. GoAP in State Data Center (SDC). that, the maximum marks for this clause is 20 marks or 10 Marks, because in Parameter column mentioned 20 marks and Maximum marks column mentioned 10 marks Could you please share the existing available hardware with department Supply of Software is Bidder responsibility or department will provide the required software for execute this project Maximum marks will be 20 for the item at Sl.No marks for each sub-item of 2a & 2b. Could you please share the existing available data and applications with department? Is there any existing core system available with department? If yes kindly share details. GIS layers of State, District, PC, AC, Mandal, Village and polling stations. Lat.Longs of the polling stations are available. The details will be provided to the selected bidder. Need Clarification which Amount needs to consider. ArcGIS or OpenGIS Technologies. Official users will be around 50,000. The number of users who will be viewing may be around 1 to 1.5 lakh. Google Map/Any other map navigation is required The official users should have both rights of edit /view. Other users should have only viewing facility.
