1 Qualifications and Product evelopment Officer Job escription Job Title Qualifications and Product evelopment Officer irectorate SFJ Awards Location Sheffield but with some flexibility Reports to Qualifications and Product evelopment Manager Pay Pay Group 2 Contract Permanent Hours 37.5 hours per week Job Summary To support the Qualifications and Product evelopment Team by developing qualifications, products assessment materials and processes that meet regulatory, organisational and stakeholder requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. evelop qualifications, products and assessment materials in line with SFJ Awards procedures and regulatory requirements 2. evelop and provide technical guidance to support the development, use and quality assurance of qualifications, products and assessment materials 3. Adhere to SFJ Awards internal procedures and processes to maintain regulatory compliance 4. Work with the relevant members of the SFJ Awards and Workforce evelopment Trust teams to develop appropriate solutions to meet stakeholder demands 5. Respond to stakeholder queries, seeking support as required 6. Work to identified deadlines, timescales, costs and quality standards in line with SFJ Awards processes, reporting any issues to the Qualifications and Product evelopment Manager 7. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders 8. Organise, facilitate and manage qualification developments, reviews, withdrawals and extensions 9. Communicate with regulators using appropriate channels 10. Communicate with stakeholders to collect and pass information relevant to qualification developments, reviews, withdrawals and extensions 11. Report stakeholder feedback to Qualifications and Product evelopment Manager 12. Monitor and record qualification risks and issues, reporting to Qualifications and Product evelopment Manager 13. Work with the relevant members of the SFJ Awards and Workforce evelopment Trust teams to support the promotion and sale of qualifications and products 14. Contribute to the communication of marketing messages, via digital and traditional methods 15. nsure that equality of opportunity and valuing diversity is integrated into all activity, qualifications and products
