3 Cynthia Rayner, Qualifications My ancestral roots are from the Nuu-chah-nulth, Kwakiutl, and Gitxsan Nations. I am the owner and principal of First Nations Management Consulting. As a powerful business driver, my entrepreneurial instincts and clarity of vision have carried multiple companies through rapid and continuous growth. I have 20 years of working with rural, remote, and urban First Nations, of those, 11 years of Senior Management dealing directly with social issues faced by First Nations on a daily basis.
