Prolacta believes that there is no adequate replacement for human breast milk and, as such, we believe infant nutritional products should be human milk-based. As a privately held, scientifically driven company, committed to improving premature infant nutrition, we are using human milk to change the standard of care in the NICU. Prolacta operates and/or owns milk banks that provide the starting material for the products Prolacta sells. Job Summary This position is responsible for eecuting Prolacta s manufacturing processes while strictly adhering to current Good Practices (cgmp s), Environmental Health & Safety guidelines, and other regulations that apply. The incumbent is responsible for eecuting, coordinating, and supervising all daily job assignments for the day-to-day production activities required by the Prolacta Bioscience manufacturing processes. Work environment ranges from 25 degrees Celsius to -20 degrees Celsius for short periods of time to retrieve Finished Goods from the freezer. This job requires pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy equipment up to 40 lbs while working in clean-rooms that require full gowning. Gowning includes the use of coverall type gowns, hoods, boots, gloves, and masks. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Process start-up and control (e.g., Labeling & packaging, FG shipping, etc.) Drive department goals/objectives include but not limited to Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Respond to technicians issues/requests Confirm quality-routine checks on control forms Cover absenteeism Training and cross-training of personnel Be familiar with area SOPs and ensure standardized work is followed Phone: Fa: Website: info@prolacta.com

2 Page No: 2 of 5 Perform routine Quality walk-throughs Proficient in Pack-Out and of Finished Goods (Domestic/International) WIP and Finished Goods Inventory Management (i.e. inventory logs) Organization of Finished Goods freezer (i.e. releasing lots) of Test Samples to Eternal Lab(s) Interact with Fed E, UPS, and other computer systems in order to accomplish the day-to-day activities Efficiently operate packaging equipment for Finished Goods Re-bagging and re-labeling of Finished Goods Ability to problem solve shipping & receiving issues in a timely manner Ability to take and lead small projects (i.e. FG label printing) Monitoring of temperature chart recorder(s) for Finished Goods freezer Receiving and breaking down of returning coolers from hospitals Cleaning and Preparation of Coolers for Finished Goods Preparation of Dry Ice bags for Enforce 5S in work area Look for continuous improvements opportunities Facilitate small group activities On-going continuous improvements projects Ensure parts/material are supplied to process Other duties may apply Additional Job Functions Maintain warehouse and FG freezer 5S; tour/audit ready at all times. Work Stations 5S; tour ready at all times. Work closely with Quality and Engineers to resolve manufacturing challenges. Document and/or support Non-Conformance (NC), Corrective Actions (CA), Change Controls (CC), Internal Audits, or any other quality systems.
