This includes the following: Controlling the foyer entrance at the A block from 07:00 17:00 from Mondays to Fridays. Monitoring the CCTV cameras and reporting faults to the Facilities Coordinator covering the buildings and external areas. Logging incidents in an occurrence register. Sorting and distributing mail to the receptionist or building s security guards. Monitoring and controlling the perimeter alarm. Monitoring and controlling the fire panel. General administration. To collate functional information for Credit Decision Support management to present to organisational forums (i.e. Credit Committee, Executive Credit Committee etc.) Requirements National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) 7 years relevant experience in analytics and reporting OR A relevant 3 year degree with Mathematics / Statistics / Analytics (i.e. B.Comm (Statistics), B. Informatics) and 4 years relevant experience in analytics and reporting is required Relevant 3 year post-graduate degree with a in Mathematics / Statistics / Analytics (i.e. B.Comm (Statistics), B. Informatics) would be preferred Previous experience in managing a team of specialists would be preferred Knowledge of the following would be a pre-requisite: o Analytics o Project management methodologies o Table and database structures o SAS, SQL, Cognos or Qlikview Technical understanding and knowledge (different operating systems / databases / programming languages) General business acumen

This will include occasional after hours and weekend standby. Analyse existing systems and software in order to design solutions for bugs or new requirements. Create technical specifications that meet business requirements. In instances where an architect is involved technical specifications need to be aligned to the new or existing architecture. Ensure reuse and build of common components, web services, objects and patterns and development quality by reviewing development done according to technical specifications. Develop software that meets technical specifications ensuring that technologies are implemented with best practice.
