2 INTRODUCTION Experience Africa by Atta is the freshest and most exciting B2B travel event arriving in London for its very first year, bringing together key suppliers from Africa and buyers from the UK and Europe. Taking place at a stunning waterside venue within London s Canary Wharf, our venue streams with natural light and 360 degree views across the city skyline, sure to make others envious when they see your photos. The summer in London is stunning (what summer I hear you say?) The dates 25th- 27th June 2018 have been specifically chosen so everyone at the show will be feeling in peak condition and looking the part whilst doing their best to impress!

4 Who s Who in the Zoo (Exhibitors) Entry is open to ALL Atta and non-atta members, operating services within Africa across all sectors (overland to luxury) including the below: Accommodation suppliers to include Hotels, Lodges, Camps, B&B s, House Boats, Expedition and Cruise Ships etc. operating within Africa (and Indian Ocean) Transportation & Excursion suppliers to include DMC s, Car Hire companies, Boats, mobile safaris and specialist service suppliers operating within Africa (and Indian Ocean) Tourist Boards all African/Indian Ocean Tourist Boards Airlines operating to/from and within Africa Representation Companies To ensure an optimum cross-section of exhibitors from across Africa, limits to the number of suppliers per country will be capped.

Payment must be received by this date. Atta Members Full Rate 2,650 ex. VAT* (Approx. USD cost: $3,477 ex. VAT) Non-Atta Members - Early Bird!!! 2,650 ex. VAT* (Approx. USD cost: $3,477 ex. 10 Additional Supplements Multi-country/Hotel Group Supplement: 500 ex. VAT A supplement of 500 (applicable to all cost brackets) will apply to DMCs operating in 3 or more countries within Africa OR Hotel Groups representing 3 or more Hotels (5 rooms or more). Table sharing: 500 ex. VAT (per sharing exhibitor) An extra table sharing cost will apply to 2 separate exhibitors wanting to share the same table and appointment schedule. Please note that you will also be charged the cost for an extra delegate. Additional Administration: 150 ex. VAT The above supplement will apply when additional administration/invoicing is required over and above the normal procedure (e.g. 2 separate invoices etc.).
