Use this document as a guide and please contact your Client Services representative if you have any questions. Overview All artwork must meet Ravens style guidelines and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Artwork must be supplied via , Dropbox or disc and must be approved by the Ravens. All artwork is due one month prior to the start of the ad run. Partners are strongly encouraged to provide three ads in order to keep messaging fresh and click-through rates higher. 1
3 300x250 Run-of-Site 300x250 Run-of-Site Example Ads appear in the right rail of most content pages throughout the site. Animation is permitted within these ad zones provided the GIF or SWF file size remains under 40KB. A backup static JPG, GIF or PNG version of the same dimensions must also be sent in the event a user does not have the Flash plugin installed on his/her computer. Notes: Partners are strongly encouraged to provide three ads in order to keep messaging fresh and click-through rates higher. The sponsor can designate time periods for which they d like the different ads to run or multiple creatives (up to 3) can run in a simultaneous rotation. 4 234x60 Ribbon Navigation Ads appear in the page title area and in the ribbon navigation throughout the site. We recommend against using background elements or borders. Ads should have a transparent background* in order to fluidly integrate into the existing site design. All files should be matted to #E1E1E1. All ads in this area are static (no animation) and usually consist of a logo drop and tag line. *A transparent background is not required for those 234x60 ads that are part of title sponsorships or participating sponsorship packages. The examples on the adjacent page showcase ads that are preferred and not recommended. 7 Pre-Roll Pre-roll Example Video pre-roll appears at the beginning of videos played in the featured video player and embedded videos. The video must be 15 seconds or less and may arrive in one of the following formats:.flv,.mov,.mp4. These files may have up to 30 frames per second and should be in a 16:9 proportion. The site s default media player is 640x360 pixels. The minimum pre-roll video resolution accepted is 1280x720 pixels. All pre-roll is clickable.
