Our partner, DCI Marketing provides this comprehensive digital advertising tool in a turn-key package! Complete with an on-site facility readiness assessment, to-your-door delivery, onsite white-glove service system set-up and training, and 3-year all equipment warranty. 2 A COMPREHENSIVE DIGITAL SOLUTION!! The Service Media Center is a comprehensive, user-friendly digital solution that offers the following information directly on the screen: Custom Header greets customers and reinforces the dealership name Digital Service Menu clearly communicates the dealer s service offering and builds customer confidence and trust Dynamic Promotional Ads attracts attention, increases customer engagement, stimulates up-sell conversations, and accepts OTOSS Greeter Board feed Rotating Ticker Messages engage customers with dealer events and promotions One Service Media Center is required to be installed in all NREDI facilities by March 31,
3 FLEXIBLE TEMPLATE OPTIONS The Service Media Center has three available and convenient configuration options depending on the install location: Two Column Menu Single Menu With Ad Space (most common in service drive) Full-Screen Ad Board (most common in service lounge) 3

5 DIGITAL READINESS ASSESSMENT (DRA) PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE! To prepare for this digital solution, a Digital Readiness Assessment (DRA) will be conducted beginning January 2013 at all NREDI locations (either completed or under construction to become NREDI). The DRA consists of: The digital consultant tours the facility with dealership representative to assess current state and makes recommendations. Dealer receives roadmap of proposed actions (electrical and internet needs), Nissan Service Media Center placement and recommended pre-order information. The digital consultant will also take photographs of the Accessory and Information walls to access future power and data requirements. DRA is different from the Touch Point Reviews. The overall DRA will last approximately 2 hours and the dealership representative will participate for minutes of the DRA. DRA Schedule: All NREDI dealerships will be contacted by Nissan Service Media Center Program Headquarters to confirm in-dealership DRA date. If there is a scheduling conflict with the proposed DRA date, an alternative date will be offered. Non-NREDI Dealers Non-NREDI dealers may purchase SMC package. -Contact Nissan Service Media Center Program Headquarters at / Nissan@dcim.com to begin the process. -Dealership must complete a DRA Acceptance Form and agree to pay the $295 fee. 5
6 PACKAGE PRICING 46 inch Monitor Standard Package (1) 46 inch monitor connected to (1) Control Unit Control Unit Mounted Standard Package: Minimum NREDI Requirement Facilities must be compliant by 3/31/14 (NREDI Static Service Menu Boards are no longer available.) One Time Cost: ($3,350) $279/month for 12 months Digital Readiness Assessment (DRA) Commercial grade monitor (46 standard) Custom configured control unit (CPU) Cables, peripherals, standard flush mount Professional installation service Dedicated Dealer portal 3-year warranty on all equipment Ongoing Fee: $100/month for 36 months 6 Software licensing Toll-free customer and technical support Unlimited access to SMC dealer portal and ad library Quarterly updates of templates and Nissan national program ads Additional monitor and equipment options are available if dealer chooses to feature the SMC in more than one location within the dealership. 6
