In numerous locations, the brick was visibly pulling away from the building. Within the courtyard, a large chunk had completely fallen away and was laying on the ground. The brick chimney requires tuckpointing. The 1987 addition requires some caulk replacement. General Finishes Description: Rating: Recommendations: Interior finishes include terrazzo and/or vinyl tile corridors, VAT/VCT/carpeted classrooms, ceramic tile floors in toilet rooms, acoustic lay-in, tectum or drywall ceilings, and epoxy-painted block, drywall or ceramic tile walls. The serving line equipment in the Kitchen utilizes some butcher block wood finishes. The gas range is old.
