Drilling of Bore well and related installation work for supply of underground water to overhead tank at total cost estimated at Rs Lakh. 2. Only the firms meeting the following minimum criteria are eligible to apply:- a) The company / firms must have satisfactorily executed at least 1 similar job (costing Minimum Rs Lakh). b) The company should have sufficient setup for installing & operational facilities. 3. The applications should be accompanied with a DD/ Pay order of Rs. 2,500/- favoring Bank of Baroda from any scheduled Bank as EMD (refundable). 4. The interested companies may submit their application, in 3 sealed envelops should clearly write Envelop 1 Technical Bid which shall contain the relevant evidence of their credentials, along with details of work supplied and installed. Envelop 2 EMD Envelop 3 Price Bid (Format Enclosed) Envelop 1, 2 & 3 of the tender duly filled in and signed should be submitted in 3 separate sealed covers. The bidder should clearly write Tender for digging the bore well and related installation work for flats at Mahada, Powai, Mumbai on each envelop.

The work should be completed in all respect and no additional amount is Payable over and above quoted amount.. 3. The contractor has to obtain necessary BMC/Statutory permission. 4. Rate should be inclusive of all taxes,vat of Local authority, clearance & Transportation, cleaning the site after completion of work successfully, 5. Work shall be carried out under the supervision of Bank`s representative. 6. No advance payment against work order will be made. 7. 5% of the total cost will be retained by the Bank and will be refunded after defect liability period of 6 months.
