Prior to substantial completion the contractor shall investigate by camera all roof drains, both main and secondary, from the drain bowls on Roofs A, B, C, D, G, F, H, I, K, O P, Q to the storm drain manholes, or scuppers. If there are blockages, the contractor shall clean as needed then re-video past the blocked area. Video shall include audio as to the location of each drain, and date investigated. An ASD representative shall be present during this investigation, schedule a minimum of 48-hours in advance. Videos shall be submitted as soon as they are complete. 9. CLARIFICATION Drawing Sheet G100 Project Description ADD Existing ladders are to be reinstalled. New ladders installed per Sheet A400, Sheet Note 7.

UNIT PRICES: The following unit prices will be used at the discretion of the Owner for the addition or deletion of work not reasonably implied or not included in the Contract Documents. Unit prices must include all labor, material, overhead, and profit for each unit of work. 8 ADDENDUM NO.1 BID FORM Division 0 Section The undersigned agrees that upon receipt of the notice of acceptance of his bid, he will execute the formal contract, and will deliver all proper bonds and proof of insurance coverage as may be required by the contract documents. 9. The undersigned agrees to accept the Assignment of the Bid Allowance as set forth in Section 01031, Bid Allowances. 10. The undersigned further agrees to execute the formal contract within ten (10) days from the date of the notice of acceptance of this bid, and in case the undersigned fails or neglects to appear within the specified time to execute the contract, the undersigned will be considered as having abandoned the contract, and the bid bond accompanying this bid will be forfeited to the Owner by reason of such failure on the part of the undersigned. 11. The undersigned further agrees to commence with the work under the contract in accordance with the date of commencement of the Work established in the Notice to Proceed. 12. The undersigned further agrees that the bid security may be retained by the Owner and that said bid guarantee shall remain with the Owner until the contract has been executed by the Owner. 13. The undersigned has checked all of the above figures, and understands that the Owner will not be responsible for any errors or omissions on the part of the undersigned in preparing this bid. 14. In submitting this bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities and irregularities in connection therewith. 47 SIEMENS March 16, 2018 ADDENDUM NO. 1 EXHIBIT B Siemens Industry, Inc. Building Technologies Division Anchorage School District 1301 Labar Street Anchorage, AK Attn: Charlie Peters Project Manager RE: Northwood Elementary Reroof Heat Trace Control & Monitoring ASD Project # Siemens Industry, Inc., having examined the jobsite and existing conditions, hereby proposes and agrees to provide the work described in this document. The clarifications and exclusions listed below are intended to clarify the scope of work. Reference Specification Section Sequence of Operations for HVAC Controls Total Base Bid: $ 3, Total Alternate 1: $ 11, Clarifications 1. Siemens will provide low-voltage control wiring, relays, modules and programming for control of the heat trace circuits. Each circuit will be individually monitored by a digital current sensor for proof of operation. 2. Under the Base Bid, one (1) heat trace circuit will be controlled and monitored. 2 new control points will be added to the existing DDC system. 3. Under Alternate 1, five (5) additional heat trace circuits will be controlled and monitored. 10 new control points will be added to the existing DDC system. 4. Siemens will terminate and program the new heat trace control points in the existing Siemens BAS panel located in the nearest mechanical or electrical room. 5. The existing DDC panel will be used to control the heat trace. No panel upgrades are planned for this project. 6. Siemens will update the existing control panel layout sheet at the completion of the project. 7. Siemens will provide 1 hour of on-site system demonstration at the completion of the project. 8. Siemens will update the system graphics and programming at the ASD central server to reflect all changes made under this project. 9. Price includes a one-year warranty on workmanship. Specific Exclusions 1. Price excludes all Division 26 electrical work and powering wiring. 2. Price excludes upgrades to the existing DDC panels. The existing panels will be reused. 3. Price excludes any demolition that is not specifically related to the existing Siemens control system. 4. Price excludes any work associated with the existing fire alarm or security systems. 5. Price excludes any demolition or abatement of hazardous materials. 6. Price excludes all permit/inspection fees, bond fees and per-project aggregate insurance endorsements.
