This commitment to exceptional service became the backbone of the organization. Mostafa is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Gary Martinie Chief Operating Officer Gary manages the daily operations of the company, partnering with each client to ensure complete satisfaction.

Gary joined Turnkey Construction in 1998.

President/CEO Mostafa founded Turnkey Construction in After working for two local engineering firms he formed The Dimension Group Engineering firm in 1987, and saw the need for a more hands-on approach and dedication to customer service. This commitment to exceptional service became the backbone of the organization. Mostafa is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in State of Texas. Gary Martinie Chief Operating Officer Gary manages the daily operations of the company, partnering with each client to ensure complete satisfaction. He applies his years of experience to build strong working partnerships with every client. This commitment to service and complete client satisfaction is the heart of the firm. Gary joined Turnkey Construction in Prior to that, Gary spent 13 years with Mobil Oil Corporation in various engineering roles, and worked several years as a field and sales engineer for a large general contracting firm. Gary holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. Kathleen Granzberg, CPA CFO / Controller Kathy joined Turnkey Construction in She has over 25 years of experience in the financial and corporate management of small to medium-sized companies. Kathy applies this extensive experience through managing the company s financial activities. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
